基于 Boss 直聘 + 猎聘实时人才数据，对某在招岗位做市场人才盘点，转成可执行招聘打法， 产出本地 markdown 报告（可选飞书云文档 + HTML 版）。当用户要盘点/调研某岗市场人才、 做人才 mapping、看某岗目标公司有谁、某岗薪资/学历/年限市场对标、判断某岗好不好招时使用； 只要意图是摸清某岗市场人才结构并转成招聘决策就触发，不必出现"mapping"字样。 区别于 recruit-daily（每日增量寻源），本 skill 是一次针对一两个岗的深度市场调研。
