交付可播放成片、封面、字幕、口播稿和检查记录。默认简体中文、1920×1080、30fps；用户的语言、尺寸、画风、声音和复用要求优先。片长随内容和实际配音变化，不固定页数、布局或每页秒数。

开工

先读依赖路由，再按需读取内置指南。它们是本技能的制作资料，不另行安装，也不自行接管任务。主体内容由模型推理设计，脚本只执行已确定的素材与时间线。

先检查是否已有主题、故事、正文、附件或明确的来源。只有这些内容全部缺失时，暂停并索要主题或故事；其余制作偏好均可选，不构成需要再次批准的阻碍。

讲清因果。 确定受众、要解决的问题、机制、必要反例与行动。改编文章先读全文并保留限定、署名与来源；时效或有争议事实核实一手资料。默认评估“生活常见错误→概念→机制→行动→收束”是否适用；用户指定优先，不适用时用内置导演方法规划。判断写入 design.json，详见创作与分镜。
开始时给可选项。 按可选制作设置由模型根据内容准备默认方案，再依次展示画风、手臂/仅笔、声音、笔杆广告、浮动水印和字幕。已明确的选项直接沿用。每项最长等待60秒，超时保存默认方案并继续下一项，不能结束对话等待下一轮；用户明确委托自动完成时可全部跳过。画风展示真实预览及末尾三个完整选项，选择写入 style/selection.json，模型解析写入 style/resolved.json；库内匹配、独立推理和自定义描述不可混用。广告、水印默认不加，不能杜撰品牌或署名。
整篇声音先行。 先完成完整口播稿，再根据所选音色通过可用的本地 VoiceStudio，或已经安装并明确配置的 VoxCPM2 一次生成整篇旁白；也可复用用户认可的完整录音。保留自然换气、语义停顿和句尾，不按画面或字幕切片生成，不在换图处插入固定空白。默认只交付旁白，绝不自动合成或混入背景音乐；必要音效须说明叙事用途并绑定语句。完整核对文字、句尾、异常长停顿和连续听感后锁定旁白母带，再将逐词/逐句时间戳映射到画面与字幕。声音决定节奏，图像适配声音。音色默认优先采用本机个人声音目录中已验收的主力音色（preferred），用户本次明确选择优先。音色目录只保留逼真男声、逼真女声、甜美学姐、Iapetus、知性女讲师、故事解说六项。逼真男声沿用《那条死于愤怒的蛇》的原始参考，逼真女声沿用《快乐囚禁你的方式》当前原片提取人声；两者提供成片节选试听，其余四款提供同文试听。个人与任务目录只能补充这六项的参考，不能把旧名称或其他音色加回选择器；禁止用合成试听继续克隆冒充原片音色。指定原片声音先核对同文与正文短样，再验证完整旁白；无配乐不等于旁白无杂音。导入与运行方式见声音与依赖。不自动购买服务、下载模型、改全局引擎或交付无声片。
设计可绘制的图。 每张生成图、候选、编辑、封面与新手部素材都必须先应用内置美术指导，库内画风保留完整配方；独立推理和自定义画风只使用各自的风格说明。先写 drawing-plan.json 并运行出图前检查，再写简报和提示词；每张插画列明主体、部位、顺序、独立笔画与轮廓方案。没有可执行计划不得调用生图。每幅图列出对应原文和可见的叙事事实，写入 narrative_requirements；咬伤、断裂、接触、失去或获得某物必须真实可见，不能只靠标题或字幕代替。逐项看图填写 narrative_checks，失败时停止下游构建。先做代表画面，核对主体、接触、构图和部位可分性，再扩展同片素材。新主题重新设计；本片修订或用户明确复用时保留已通过的图和声音。封面主视觉可由 AI 生成，准确文字用可编辑图层合成。所有生成图执行内置隐私清理，删除其模拟相机字段，再查元数据和来源属性。
按实际图像分部位。 通常依次为头、颈、躯干、画面左臂、右臂、下半身及道具；特殊构图解释例外。模型看图标注语义区域，处理遮挡，不能按矩形把人物草率切碎，不能把全人或全场景标成一个部位。看不到的部位记录遮挡原因，不虚构轮廓。整幅图先完成全部轮廓，再按同一顺序填色。笔画独立，笔间抬笔；相邻笔即使共用端点也要有抬笔间隔，断开的线不可串接；颜色仅在笔刷经过范围出现。每个字形隔离，前字未完成不得露出后字；按真实字形边界留边，检查字脚、标点和拉丁字母下伸部。
编排和代表段检查。 先按字幕与片尾设计确定板正易读、简洁不抢镜的字幕形态，根据画面选择无背景或轻度底板，保留已获用户认可的设计；字体独立于正文手写字，按语音短句显示并检查末句后的收束。默认完整画面收住，不长时间留白；末字结束前不得淡出或截音，母带尾部保护与成片静音上限按声音与收尾硬约束检查。用户指定的结语须在合成前加入完整稿。再按连续旁白约定及运行格式写任务。画面围绕完整意思逐步累积，复杂度须适合真实语音时长。固定封面1秒：前0.5秒静止，后0.5秒渐隐，再开始正文和旁白。先渲染覆盖文字、插画、上色、字幕与转场的代表段，检查笔尖、手臂、遮挡、阅读停留和声画对应，再渲染整片。
核对后交付。 按质量检查检查最终文件。工程、画面、动作、内容与声音证据分别记录，发现失败修正对应层后重渲染。未实际听音就明确主观听感未验收；不把解码、ASR、文件存在或规则加载说成观感保证。finalize只接受匹配当前视频的检查记录。交付时明确告知“默认未添加背景音乐；可自行合成，或在发布平台选择配乐”。

未锁定整篇旁白及对应时间戳、未解析默认或已选画风、未做出图前检查、部位不匹配、整人单块、无轮廓、跨空白连线或检查记录过期，生产构建/渲染拒绝错误输入，由模型修复后继续；偏好未选不能触发这个门槛。脚本只能核对结构、哈希、像素与路径；不能替代模型看图判断头颈、遮挡、笔画意图与画风质量。

所有生图必须先经过美术指导

本项目每次调用生图或图片编辑工具前，必须完整读取并应用 dependencies/sweety-image-art-direction/GUIDE.md；这是用户对本项目的明确授权，不受其独立使用时“仅手动触发”的规则阻碍。封面、正文、角色、道具、新手部、候选图、变体、局部修改和返工全部适用，禁止以“只是试图”“沿用画风”“只改一点”为由跳过。

先写本图简报与本次实际使用的完整提示词，保存到任务目录；在美术记录中登记 brief_file 和 prompt_file，运行 python scripts/art_direction.py bind-evidence <记录路径> 绑定内容哈希，再调用图像工具。禁止先出图再补写指导记录。换提示词或简报必须重新执行指导、绑定并生成；相同成图不能借更新记录冒充一次新的生成。

生成后实际查看图片，记录指导版本、清理后的图片哈希、视觉结论和证据。缺少记录、简报/提示词为空、哈希失配、未通过看图或图片被替换，均停止构建、渲染和交付。bind-evidence 只绑定现有文本，不替模型填写 pass，不证明图像质量。复用已验收且字节不变的素材可以沿用原记录；一旦编辑须新建本轮证据。

字幕唯一性是交付硬门槛

同一句旁白在同一时刻只允许显示一份字幕。禁止两套字幕叠加，无论来自画面烘焙、字幕事件、MP4 内嵌字幕轨、网页 <track> 或播放器自动加载的字幕文件。默认保留白字、黑色细描边、无底板；用户另选形态时仍执行唯一性门槛。

只从无字幕素材和独立字幕层重新合成，禁止在已有硬字幕成片上叠加第二层。构建和渲染检查 cue 与字幕事件一一对应、角色一致、无时间重叠；交付检查 MP4 无额外字幕轨、同目录无 SRT/ASS/VTT 等字幕文件。编辑字幕只放 outputs/editing/，预览页不加字幕轨。最终还须检查实际解码画面的长句、换句和片尾；任何双字幕直接判 FAIL，修正后才能交付。第三方播放器主动开启的自动翻译/实时字幕须单独关闭，不能把未复现的显示来源当成已查明。

手部和广告

六款手臂为 navy 深蓝袖马克笔、diamond-woman 白皙柔粉碎钻长甲、child-pencil 儿童彩铅、waner-brush 上官婉儿灵感毛笔、teacher-pen 白衬衫中性笔、cardigan-fountain 针织袖钢笔；另有 pen-only 仅画笔、无手臂。模型根据内容选择默认，锚点在 assets/hands/catalog.json。手臂按笔尖到手腕校准尺度并把裁切边留在画外；仅画笔按完整笔身校准，不使用前臂规则。

hand.pen_text 只在笔杆添加广告，最多16个字符，默认空；保持用户提供的文字，正常尺寸检查对比度和可读性。过长难读时优先扩大可用笔杆排版或简化设计，不擅自修改广告名称。自定义皮肤、美甲、笔具与袖子须走同一美术、隐私及锚点检查。碎钻不替换为大颗宝石，清晰皮肤不以模糊换取。

watermark.text 使用用户原文，可换行，默认空；生成低不透明度、缓慢浮动的文字水印，留在画内，避开字幕。参数与检查见可选制作设置。

运行与边界

scripts/handdraw_video.py 提供 doctor / build / render / verify / finalize。先读运行格式再调用；任务数据放独立目录，不写入安装目录。doctor区分新旁白生成服务与已有音频的离线合成条件。缺少必要资料或能力时报告具体阻碍。

质量优先。工程门槛验证执行顺序和完整性，模型仍要审查语义分区与设计。汉字为字形近似描线，不保证书法笔顺；真实手写自然度、情感和学习效果须分别评价。不承诺任意主题都能一次稳定生成。不额外发布视频、开通服务或改变全局模型配置。

公开手部、音色预设和预览图使用托管素材，首次用到时下载并校验，随后复用缓存。原片录音与用户个人声音库只存本地，不进入公开托管。

# 主题手绘视频

交付可播放成片、封面、字幕、口播稿和检查记录。默认简体中文、1920×1080、30fps；用户的语言、尺寸、画风、声音和复用要求优先。片长随内容和实际配音变化，不固定页数、布局或每页秒数。

## 开工
