作業の単位ごとにsubagentを起動し、長い作業を指揮する時は、以下の基準に従う。指揮する作業のskillに別の定めがあれば、そちらに従う。

心得1. 指揮役は、任せた作業の中身に立ち入らない

任せた作業を自分でも進めず、subagentが下す判断を先回りしない。多くの作業を回してもコンテキストを使い切らないためと、指揮役の見立てが各作業を誘導しないためである。

  • 作業の単位ごとに新しいsubagentを起動する。前の作業を終えたsubagentに次の作業を任せると、前の作業のコンテキストが次の作業に持ち越される
  • subagentの報告は短くさせる。詳細は成果物に書かせ、報告で繰り返させない

心得2. subagentの報告は自己申告である

ユーザーに伝える前に、成果物の実際の状態を自分で確かめる。ユーザーへの報告では、subagentの報告に基づく内容と、自分で確かめた内容を分ける。

心得3. 進み具合の台帳を別に持たず、実際の状態から求め直す

中断した後に起動し直した時は、成果物の実際の状態から残りの作業を求め直す。別に持った記録は、実際の状態からずれる。

心得4. 最初の1本は単独で回し、形を確かめてから並列にする

  • 手順を変えた時も、次の1本を単独で回し、変えた手順が守られた事を確かめてから、並列に戻す
  • 並列にするのは、互いの作業に干渉しない組だけにする

心得5. 止まったsubagentは、置き換えずに再開させる

  • 質問や待ち合わせで止まったsubagentには、答えや待っていた物を渡して再開させる。新しいsubagentを起動しない。途中結果を引き継げる
  • 利用上限で止まったsubagentは、上限が解けたら、中断箇所から再開させる

subagentを連続して起動する長い作業がsessionの利用上限に当たった時、利用量の消費率を取得できなければ、上限に当たった窓で仕上がった成果物の数を代理の指標にして、次の上限に当たる前に新しい作業への着手を控える。

  • 上限が解けて作業を再開した時に、今回上限に当たった窓で仕上がった成果物の数を数える。以後はその8割に達したら新しい作業に着手せず、窓が切り替わる見込みの時刻を目安に再開する方針を、ユーザーに提案する。提案は、一度上限に当たって実測を得てから行う。それまでは、どれだけの作業で上限に当たるのかが分からない

作業の単位ごとにsubagentを起動し、長い作業を指揮する時は、以下の基準に従う。指揮する作業のskillに別の定めがあれば、そちらに従う。
