Covers test charter design, Playwright-driven execution, screenshot evidence capture, expected-vs-observed analysis, and stakeholder reporting. Use it BEFORE claiming any UI behaviour works or is broken. Do NOT use this skill for unit tests, API-only contract tests, or load testing.
