clean-room-review Audit report.

Warnings

• The file excerpt ends mid-sentence at 'If that'; if the repository SKILL.md is actually truncated, the final sentence should be completed and the file re-verified.
• The skill instructs the agent to 'close or convert' flagged issues/PRs without explicitly checking maintainer authorization or requiring human-in-the-loop confirmation.
• No explicit prompt-injection guard is included for untrusted issue/PR text, which is important because the skill processes user-supplied content.
• Low GitHub adoption signal
• Quality score needs review
• GitHub adoption: 11 GitHub stars
• Stars/forks activity: 11 stars, 2 forks; issue activity unavailable in current metadata

Method

This report combines public metadata, AI review output, repository freshness, install readiness, OpenAgentSkill events, quality scoring, trust checks, and the agent safety gate. It is not a full source-code security review.
