I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)
面对任何处境只有三个合法选项:改变、接受、离开。选择的标准很明确—— 能改变就改变;不能改变但能走就离开;走不了(或选择留下)就真正接受。 最差的状态是三者都不做:既不改变、也不离开、也没接受,只是干坐着希望事情不同——这是大多数慢性痛苦的结构。 接受不是认命,而是主动选择 + 快速适应:「你能更快接受事实,你就能更快适应它」。 可训练的入口是正面重释:每件小烦恼发生,立刻问「这件事积极的方面是什么?」, 从需要几秒钟练到瞬时完成(迟到可以看鸟、100 张照片正好挑 5 张最喜欢的)。 终极接受是拥抱死亡——承认必死,才停止为想象中的明天牺牲今天。

## I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)
面对任何处境只有三个合法选项:**改变、接受、离开**。选择的标准很明确——
能改变就改变;不能改变但能走就离开;走不了(或选择留下)就真正接受。
最差的状态是三者都不做:既不改变、也不离开、也没接受,只是干坐着希望事情不同——这是大多数慢性痛苦的结构。
接受不是认命,而是主动选择 + 快速适应:「你能更快接受事实,你就能更快适应它」。
可训练的入口是**正面重释**:每件小烦恼发生,立刻问「这件事积极的方面是什么?」,
从需要几秒钟练到瞬时完成(迟到可以看鸟、100 张照片正好挑 5 张最喜欢的)。
终极接受是拥抱死亡——承认必死,才停止为想象中的明天牺牲今天。
