Greenfield repos take the two-pass Decide-Then-Bind path (/espalier-map charts the conventions, init binds them); boilerplate repos run init normally, then map the product. Wires into Claude Code, Codex, and/or GitHub Copilot (.claude/, .agents/skills/ + .codex/, .github/).
