### Step 3: Write IaC

- [ ] Use modules for reusable components
- [ ] Parameterize environment-specific values
- [ ] Follow naming conventions: `{project}-{env}-{resource}`
- [ ] Tag all resources
### Step 4: Security
- [ ] Enable encryption at rest
