Warnings

• The skill depends on `daymade-claude-code:read-claude-code-history` but does not document installation, required version, permissions, or behavior if that companion skill is unavailable.
• Historical transcripts are treated as evidence for the original business outcome and user corrections, but there is no explicit guardrail against prompt injection embedded in prior Claude Code history. A malicious transcript could influence the contract and lead to unintended actions.
