Verifica adversariale cross-model del lavoro prodotto da un agente. Principio fondante: nobody grades their own work — il modello che ha prodotto il lavoro (o un suo clone) non può correggerselo; serve un modello di famiglia diversa, promptato per attaccare, non per approvare.
Ruoli fissi:
Visibilità: l'utente segue il processo da ./tmp/verify/<slug>/. Al kickoff annuncia in chat il path della cartella; a ogni passaggio (brief congelato, check meccanici, round del reviewer lanciato/concluso, verifica dei findings) una riga in chat: cosa è appena successo e quale file lo documenta. Mentre il reviewer gira, indica il file da seguire in diretta (tail -f .../roundN-<backend>.jsonl).
Artefatto = cosa va verificato. Se l'utente non lo indica: il lavoro appena prodotto in sessione (diff non committato, file appena creati). Se ambiguo, chiedi.
Brief = il contratto contro cui si verifica. Cercalo in quest'ordine:

Insegnamento chiave: il brief è il contratto. Senza un brief chiaro nessuna review può dire "è corretto" — può solo dire "è plausibile".
Prima di chiedere pareri a un LLM, dimostra ciò che è dimostrabile. Per tipo di artefatto:

- Se dopo un attacco genuino non trovi nulla: rispondi "PASS" ed elenca
cosa hai attaccato e perché ha retto. Un PASS senza lista è invalido.

Con più backend: lanciali in parallelo, poi deduplica i finding (stesso file+problema = uno solo, tieni la severità più alta) prima della verifica dei findings.
Per ogni finding, in ordine di severità:
Poi ri-sottoponi al reviewer: artefatto aggiornato + tabella finding → esito → evidenza del round precedente (con Codex: codex exec resume <SESSION_ID> — stessa sessione, ricorda i round; comando esatto e caveat sandbox in references/backends.md; con gli altri backend includi la tabella nel prompt). Il reviewer può insistere su un finding confutato solo portando evidenza nuova.
Stop: il reviewer risponde PASS (o solo finding già confutati senza evidenza nuova) → convergenza. Oppure 3 round raggiunti → si chiude col verdetto sui finding rimasti aperti.
Aggiorna ./tmp/verify/<slug>/REVIEW-LOG.md a ogni round (Round 0 = check meccanici; poi un blocco per round: findings, esiti della verifica, evidenze). Verdetto finale, uno di:
In chat riporta: verdetto, conteggio finding per severità (accettati/confutati), le riserve, e il path del log. Non incollare il log intero.

Verifica adversariale **cross-model** del lavoro prodotto da un agente. Principio fondante: **nobody grades their own work** — il modello che ha prodotto il lavoro (o un suo clone) non può correggerselo; serve un modello di famiglia diversa, promptato per attaccare, non per approvare.
Ruoli fissi:
- **Reviewer** (modello esterno, read-only): cerca di *confutare* che il lavoro rispetti il brief.
- **Arbitro** (Claude, questa sessione): verifica meccanicamente ogni finding, corregge o confuta con evidenza. Un finding è un *claim*, non una verità — anche i reviewer allucinano.
**Visibilità**: l'utente segue il processo da `./tmp/verify/<slug>/`. Al kickoff annuncia in chat il path della cartella; a ogni passaggio (brief congelato, check meccanici, round del reviewer lanciato/concluso, verifica dei findings) una riga in chat: cosa è appena successo e quale file lo documenta. Mentre il reviewer gira, indica il file da seguire in diretta (`tail -f .../roundN-<backend>.jsonl`).
## Process
### 1. Pin: artefatto + brief
**Artefatto** = cosa va verificato. Se l'utente non lo indica: il lavoro appena prodotto in sessione (diff non committato, file appena creati). Se ambiguo, chiedi.
**Brief** = il contratto contro cui si verifica. Cercalo in quest'ordine:
1. Un file di spec/PRD passato dall'utente o evidente nel progetto (`docs/`, `specs/`, `plans/`, `~/.claude/plans/`)
2. GitHub issue referenziata (commit message, branch name) — fetch via `gh`
3. Un documento di handoff esistente (es. `./tmp/handoff*.md`)
4. Nessuno dei precedenti → **deducilo dalla conversazione corrente**: ricostruisci la richiesta originale in 5-10 righe e mostrala all'utente per conferma
5. Nessuna conversazione (es. lavoro fatto da un altro agente in un'altra sessione) → **chiedi all'utente** cosa era stato chiesto
Congela tutto in `./tmp/verify/<slug>/BRIEF.md`: brief + manifest dell'artefatto (lista file / comando diff). I reviewer sono CLI esterne: devono trovare tutto su disco. `<slug>` = nome breve del task, kebab-case. Verifica che `./tmp` sia ignorata da git; se non lo è, segnalalo all'utente lasciando `.gitignore` com'è.

### 4. Verifica dei findings e loop (max 3 round)
Per **ogni** finding, in ordine di severità:
1. **Verifica meccanicamente il claim** — esegui il passo di verifica indicato dal reviewer. Mai accettare o respingere sulla fiducia.
2. Confermato → **ACCETTATO**: correggi l'artefatto (o, se non correggibile ora, marca come riserva esplicita).
3. Non confermato → **CONFUTATO**: scrivi la controprova (output del comando, quote del brief, ecc.).
Poi ri-sottoponi al reviewer: artefatto aggiornato + tabella `finding → esito → evidenza` del round precedente (con Codex: `codex exec resume <SESSION_ID>` — stessa sessione, ricorda i round; comando esatto e caveat sandbox in `references/backends.md`; con gli altri backend includi la tabella nel prompt). Il reviewer può insistere su un finding confutato solo portando evidenza nuova.

### 5. Verdetto + log
Aggiorna `./tmp/verify/<slug>/REVIEW-LOG.md` a ogni round (Round 0 = check meccanici; poi un blocco per round: findings, esiti della verifica, evidenze). Verdetto finale, uno di:
- **VERIFICATO** — check meccanici verdi + reviewer a PASS.
- **VERIFICATO CON RISERVE** — nessun BLOCKER aperto; elenca le riserve (MAJOR/MINOR aperti o fix rimandati) una per riga.
- **BOCCIATO** — almeno un BLOCKER confermato e non corretto; di' esattamente cosa va rifatto.
In chat riporta: verdetto, conteggio finding per severità (accettati/confutati), le riserve, e il path del log. Non incollare il log intero.
## Perché così
- **Cross-model, non self-review**: un modello tende ad avere gli stessi punti ciechi dei propri output. Famiglia diversa = punti ciechi diversi.
- **Adversariale, non "va bene?"**: a domanda gentile un LLM risponde "ottimo lavoro!" per compiacenza. "Dimostra che è sbagliato, cita l'evidenza" produce review vere.
- **Prova > opinione**: ogni finding va confermato meccanicamente prima di agire; ogni PASS deve dire cosa ha retto. Le opinioni non verificabili non entrano nel verdetto.
- **Loop con tetto**: la convergenza è il segnale di fiducia; il tetto (3 round) evita il ping-pong infinito su giudizi di gusto.
