1. 先调用`a-share-research-evidence`锁定法定报告、修订版本、审计意见和实际披露时刻。 2. 使用`china-market-data`获取`income`、`balance_sheet`、`cash_flow`和`financial_indicator`；6000积分全市场截面优先VIP接口。严格PIT时禁止降级到无公告日期的AKShare报表。 3. 统一合并范围、币种和单季/累计口径，完成三表勾稽及现金变动核对。 4. 分析三至五年累计经营现金流与净利润差异，并定位应收、存货、应付、合同资产/负债、票据、税项和非现金项目。 5. 检查收入确认、总额/净额、资本化、折旧摊销、减值、补助、投资收益、非经常损益和调整后指标。 6. 扫描KPI定义、分部、成本分类、会计政策和历史指标的变化或消失。对关键口径逐字摘录变更前/后定义，保存页码或段落定位；用本期原始数据按旧口径重算，并量化`新口径披露值 - 旧口径重算值`。若公司未提供桥接且差异重要，至少标为`concern`，不可只写“口径调整”。 7. 检查关联交易、资金占用、担保、质押、审计师变化、内控意见、商誉和并购承诺。 8. 对每项异常并列记录正常解释、风险解释、反证和下一期可验证指标。
## 硬约束
- 行业阈值只是调查起点；必须同历史、同业和商业模式比较。 - 不从红旗数量推导舞弊概率，不把激进会计直接写成欺诈。 - 累计季度转单季必须保留公式和原始值。 - 无法重算旧口径时标记“可比性中断”。 - 不给买卖、做空或仓位指令。
