Finds times, books, reschedules, and places holds for meetings on Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 calendar. Claude should use this skill whenever the user asks to "schedule a meeting with X", "find a time", "when am I free", "set up a call", "book a slot", "send holds", "put a tentative on those times", "reschedule my 3pm", "move that meeting", or "cancel Friday's review". Proposes and confirms before it creates, moves, or cancels anything. The user (or the other party) always says yes first.
