**When to use FFmpeg vs Remotion `playbackRate`:**

### Video Speed Adjustment for Remotion
**When to use FFmpeg vs Remotion `playbackRate`:**

### Video Speed Adjustment for Remotion
**When to use FFmpeg vs Remotion `playbackRate`:**
