大道至简，三关审查：懂不懂？好不好？贵不贵？四种资产共用一套审查骨架，差异只在本技能的资产细则文件。

路由优先级：可转债 > REITs > 商品 > 债券（可转债与债券词面重叠时以「转债/转股/溢价」优先判为可转债；「REITs的底层资产是XX」判为 REITs 而非个股/商品）。

命中资产后只加载该资产的 reference 文件，不要预加载其他资产。一个资产走完三关再判断是否需要切换（如可转债需同时看正股 → invest-stock）。

通用三关骨架

所有资产的审查都走同一骨架，只是各关的具体问题与指标表不同（见对应细则文件）：

第一关：懂不懂（资产结构与底层确定性）   未通过 → 停止，不配
第二关：好不好（收益质量与可持续性）     未通过 → 停止，不配
第三关：贵不贵（估值/溢价/位置）         未通过 → 等待；通过 → 可考虑配置

数据获取（invest-cli，统一走数据层）

取数统一走 invest-cli，不靠 web_search 猜数据。命令真源以 invest 主入口「场景 → invest-cli 取数映射」表为准：

核心原则

先分类再审查：同一资产词面可能重叠（可转债也是债），先按路由表判类型再走三关。
资产即参数：骨架只有一套，差异全在细则——新增资产类型只加一个 reference 文件，不改骨架。
不懂不做：任一关「说不清」即停止，宁可错过不可买错。
波动匹配：商品/REITs 高波动品种，仓位必须匹配承受能力，先定止损再买入。

已合并（2026-09-03）

大道至简，三关审查：懂不懂？好不好？贵不贵？四种资产共用一套审查骨架，差异只在本技能的资产细则文件。

资产路由（先判断资产类型，再加载对应细则）

核心原则

先分类再审查：同一资产词面可能重叠（可转债也是债），先按路由表判类型再走三关。
