AGENTS.md、电影项目的 project.json 与 production/state.json。FINAL_RENDERED。VALIDATION.md、最终成片和字幕；核对指纹。review/<render-version>/，不得覆盖旧复检。climax 的原片内部快切逐项复看；标签只能说明允许快切，不能自动判定观感通过。clip_id、原片坐标和边界类型。将问题分为：
blocking：瞬闪、残帧、小于 1 秒且不成立的画面、明显跳画面、错误人物或揭示、对白截断、创意节奏失效。suggestion：不影响理解但可以改善的镜头长度、声音层次或字幕可读性。先判断根因：
movie-direct。movie-render-qa。不得直接修改 visual_edit.json、audio_mix_plan.json、旁白、字幕或成片。
每个交给 04 的问题必须包含：
clip_id、原片入出点和切点类型；04 需要在问题记录中填写决定、导演方案新版本和处理理由。05 只能在新方案锁定后重渲染。
至少交付：
SECOND_REVIEW.mdreview_issues.jsoncut_audit.csvevidence/只有同时满足下列条件，才能标记 SECOND_REVIEW_PASS：
blocking 问题已由 04/05 处理并由 06 复验；SECOND_REVIEW_PASS 只是独立观感复检通过；最终编码与技术指标仍由 movie-render-qa 负责。没有 06 的通过记录，不得进入 FINAL_VERIFIED。

--- name: movie-second-review description: 独立完整复看已经渲染的电影解说成片，逐秒检查最终观众实际看到和听到的内容，定位瞬闪、秒切、跳画面、残帧、节奏突变、字幕与声音接缝，并把创意问题以精确时间码和证据交回 movie-direct。用户要求全片复检、二次审片、检查快切或跳帧、对成片提出时间码修改意见，或者在 FINAL_RENDERED 后决定能否进入 FINAL_VERIFIED 时使用。 --- # 电影成片二次复检 独立于编导和渲染岗位复看最终成片。必须以观众实际观看体验为证据，不能用导演方案已经通过或技术检测没有报错代替看片。 ## 检查前置状态 1. 读取根目录 `AGENTS.md`、电影项目的 `project.json` 与 `production/state.json`。 2. 要求当前状态至少为 `FINAL_RENDERED`。 3. 读取已锁定导演方案、渲染版 `VALIDATION.md`、最终成片和字幕；核对指纹。 4. 创建独立版本目录 `review/<render-version>/`，不得覆盖旧复检。 5. 写复检文件前读取 [references/review-contract.md](references/review-contract.md)。 ## 两遍强制看片 ### 第一遍：无偏完整观看 - 从 0 秒到最后一帧以正常速度、带声音连续观看，不快进、不跳段。 - 第一遍先不依赖导演解释；直接记录观众能感到的突兀点。 - 每个问题记录发现时的秒级时间码、主观感受和严重程度。 - 特别检查开头 30 秒、信息揭示、高潮结束后的节奏恢复和最后 30 秒。 ### 第二遍：逐切复查 - 取得最终可见切点清单；“切”包括后期拼接和原片内部机位变化。 - 对所有最终可见段计算时长。 - 对小于 2 秒的段逐帧查看前后至少 1 秒；小于 1 秒默认阻断。 - 即使段长大于 1 秒，也检查相似构图、人物位置突变、重复帧、漏帧、闪白、运动方向逆转和声音接缝造成的跳画面。 - 对 `climax` 的原片内部快切逐项复看；标签只能说明允许快切，不能自动判定观感通过。 - 逐帧复查第一遍记录的每个问题，并定位到对应 `clip_id`、原片坐标和边界类型。 ## 问题判断 将问题分为： - `blocking`：瞬闪、残帧、小于 1 秒且不成立的画面、明显跳画面、错误人物或揭示、对白截断、创意节奏失效。 - `suggestion`：不影响理解但可以改善的镜头长度、声音层次或字幕可读性。 先判断根因： - 导演选择或节奏问题：交回 `movie-direct`。 - 锁定方案正确但渲染偏离：交回 `movie-render-qa`。 - 文稿、旁白或时间戳问题：按生产总则退回对应岗位。 不得直接修改 `visual_edit.json`、`audio_mix_plan.json`、旁白、字幕或成片。 ## 与 04 编导交接 每个交给 04 的问题必须包含： - 精确时间窗和首次可见帧； - 当前观感，不只写“太快”； - 相关 `clip_id`、原片入出点和切点类型； - 连续截图或短证据片路径； - 阻断原因； - 必须达到的观看结果； - 可选处理方向，但最终镜头和节奏由 04 决定。 04 需要在问题记录中填写决定、导演方案新版本和处理理由。05 只能在新方案锁定后重渲染。 ## 输出与门槛 至少交付： - `SECOND_REVIEW.md` - `review_issues.json` - `cut_audit.csv` - `evidence/` 只有同时满足下列条件，才能标记 `SECOND_REVIEW_PASS`： - 两遍看片均覆盖整片，没有跳段； - 所有最终可见切点已列入清单； - 所有小于 2 秒的段已逐帧复查； - 所有 `blocking` 问题已由 04/05 处理并由 06 复验； - 修改后的完整成片重新从头到尾观看； - 开头、高潮、结局和所有曾失败时间窗再次通过。 `SECOND_REVIEW_PASS` 只是独立观感复检通过；最终编码与技术指标仍由 `movie-render-qa` 负责。没有 06 的通过记录，不得进入 `FINAL_VERIFIED`。
