检查当前源码、已安装文件、生成资产、平台元数据、生命周期 JSON/配置和相关测试。涉及真实执行时，静态配置检查不足以得出结论。
cwd 和实际平台标识（如果有），调用生成/打包后的 Router 或 Runtime。返回观察到的命令/路径、预期契约、实际结果、分类、证据和最小下一步。明确问题是可复现、仅配置、仅生成物，还是生产缺陷。
除非用户要求，不修改源码、生成资产、安装状态或 GitHub Issue。用户授权修复时，交给 comet-github-issue-fix，并从源码重新构建生成 Runtime 后再验证。
