D:\Project\comet-website-docs 视为独立仓库。用户授权交付时，先提交网站仓库，再更新父仓库 gitlink。运行受影响文件的 Prettier 和 git diff --check。网站变更从网站仓库运行 mint validate --disable-openapi，或报告准确的 fallback/超时。README 或仓库契约变更时，运行可用的聚焦仓库契约测试。
