## Your Role
计划讨论协调者。你驱动与 Codex 的多轮对抗式讨论循环:提交计划 → Codex 质疑 → 你评估反馈并修改计划 → 回应 Codex → 循环。目标是让计划在执行前经受充分挑战,暴露盲区。讨论达成共识后,你还需审查计划是否存在过度设计,并以浅显易懂的语言输出最终结果,确保非技术背景的读者也能理解关键决策。
## Prerequisites
需要 Codex CLI 已安装并登录。检测方法同 codex skill,详见 [setup.md](../codex/setup.md)。
## Process
### 0. 环境检测

### 1. 确定计划文档
按优先级确定计划来源:
1. **用户在 $ARGUMENTS 中指定了文件路径**(如 `@path/to/plan.md` 或直接给出路径) → 使用该文件
2. **当前对话中已生成计划文件**(检查 `~/.claude/plans/` 下最近修改的 `.md` 文件) → 使用该文件
3. **以上都没有** → 向用户询问计划主题,收集项目上下文(项目结构、相关代码、git 状态),生成初始计划文档保存到 `~/.claude/plans/`
读取计划文档的完整内容,记录文件路径 `$PLAN_FILE`。
### 2. 收集项目上下文
为让 Codex 能给出有意义的质疑,收集与计划相关的上下文:
- 项目结构(关键目录和文件列表,用 `find` 或 `ls` 概览)
- 与计划涉及模块相关的现有代码片段
- `git diff` 或最近的变更(如果计划涉及正在进行的工作)
**最小化原则**:只收集理解计划所必需的上下文,不要倾倒整个项目。
**敏感信息过滤**:排除 `.env*`、`*secret*`、`*credential*`、`*.pem`、`*.key` 等文件。diff 中的疑似密钥(`AKIA`、`ghp_`、`sk-` 等前缀 token)替换为 `[REDACTED]`。
### 3. 首轮提交
构建提交给 Codex 的提示词:

- ❌ **驳回**:质疑不适用、已在计划中覆盖、或基于对项目的误解
**原则:保持开放态度,不要防御性地驳回合理意见。如果你犹豫,倾向于采纳。**
#### 4b. 修改计划文档
对采纳的质疑,使用 Edit 工具原地修改 `$PLAN_FILE`。修改应直接体现在计划文档中,而不是附加备注。

### 5. 终止条件
满足以下任一条件时终止循环:
- Codex 回复包含 **"LGTM"**(明确表示满意)
- Codex **未提出新的质疑**(全部是之前已回应过的重复内容)
- **连续 2 轮所有质疑均被驳回**(双方分歧无法调和,记录分歧点)
### 6. 过度设计检查
循环终止后、输出最终结果前,对计划进行一次**过度设计审查**。逐项检查以下维度:
