Step 1: 日付を取得

Step 3: 保存後の確認

git diff -- notes/YYYYMMDD_タイトル.md

確認すること:

日付プレフィックスがあるか
内容が後から読める粒度か
private な値が混ざっていないか
MarkdownリンクがGitHubでも読める形式か

Step 4: 同期（Git管理の場合）

git add notes/ && git commit -m "メモ追加: タイトル" && git push

公開リポジトリや共有リポジトリへ push する場合は、実行前に対象操作をユーザーへ確認する。

## 基本方針

- ファイルに保存してから「保存した」と報告する
- 保存先のパスを必ず報告する
