### 2. Round size and terms
- **Amount** and why: what makes sense for the stage, not what the founder wants
- **Instrument:** SAFE, convertible note, or priced round, with the specific terms
- **Valuation range** from published data for this stage, region, and sector in the last 12 months (for example Carta or PitchBook reports), with links. If you can't find recent data, say so.
- **Runway** the money should buy, in months
- **Dilution** the founder should expect
