SDLC Studio is an open Agent Skill - a plug-in for AI coding tools - that runs your whole software development lifecycle (SDLC), from first idea to tested, working code. You describe what you want in plain language; the agent does the work, and you review and approve each step. It follows the proven path a real team uses - clear requirements, a plan, build, test, review - and keeps every document in step with the code that was actually built.
Who it is for: product managers scoping work, engineers building it, QA proving it, eng leads keeping it honest - and non-technical founders who want a fully-equipped engineering team without running the process by hand.
One install works in Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, opencode, and GitHub Copilot.
