Read `.styleseed/effective-rules.md` and `.styleseed/manifest.json`. Resolve first when stale. Then inspect: - `components/ui/` for available primitives - `components/patterns/` for existing patterns 2. Compose the pattern from existing components — DO NOT recreate primitives. 3.
