目标\n\n把账号定位、内容目标、证据、平台表达、视觉素材、发布和数据复盘连接成可续跑闭环。优先交付可信、平台原生、可执行的内容，不以批量生成替代真实判断。\n\n## 核心原则\n\n- 先确认账号定位、目标受众、内容目标和平台，再写正文。\n- 一次推进一个母题。多平台内容共享事实与证据，不共享同一份正文。\n- 区分事实、个人判断、推断和建议。关键数字必须有来源。\n- 只问会改变方向的问题。可以从现有文件和公开来源获得的信息不要反问用户。\n- 重要产出按里程碑保存。小改动留在当前版本，不为每句修改新建文件。\n- 对用户使用“保存成文件、成品、作品库”等自然表达，避免暴露内部术语。\n- 只创建草稿或发布包，不直接群发。任何外部写操作必须先获得明确授权。\n- 不使用主账号登录态进行自动化竞品采集，不自动点赞、评论、关注或私信。\n- 不声称能检测 AI 生成概率。只检查模板化、空泛和不符合账号声音的特征。\n- 优先遵守当前项目的 `AGENTS.md`、目录规则和用户指令。\n\n## 解析工作区\n\n按以下顺序确定内容根目录：\n\n1. 使用用户明确指定的路径。\n2. 使用项目说明中已有的内容目录和命名规范。\n3. 使用当前工作区下的 `self-media/`。\n\n不要假设特定 Vault、账号、增长计划或厂商工具存在。默认使用 公众号排版、草稿箱写入、小绿书图片消息 | `self-media-wechat-publisher` | 已排版并核对的公众号草稿 |\n\n使用子 Skill 前完整读取其 `SKILL.md`。某个模块未安装时，按本 Skill 的同名阶段执行最小流程，不虚构不存在的能力。\n\n## 启动与续跑\n\n1. 在内容根目录中查找状态为等待用户、创作中、等待确认、待发布或待复盘的任务卡。\n2. 用户明确说“继续”时，恢复最近一个未完成任务。\n3. 用户只说“自媒体内容创作”且存在未完成任务时，先报告当前状态，只问继续还是新建。\n4. 用户提供明确母题、链接或素材时，直接进入创作简报，不强制重新选题。\n5. 用户只要求策略、研究或数据分析时，走对应分支，不创建无关稿件。\n\n## 内容创作状态流\n\n`需求澄清 → 等待方向确认 → 研究与证据 → 等待平台确认 → 发布预检 → 创作中 → 等待标题确认 → 素材生成 → 质量审校 → 等待终稿确认 → 待发布 → 草稿已创建或已发布 → 待复盘 → 已复盘`\n\n以下转换必须由用户完成：\n\n1. 确认创作方向。\n2. 确认平台组合。\n3. 选择或修改标题。\n4. 确认终稿。\n5. 授权创建草稿或执行其他外部写操作。\n\n终稿确认不等于发布授权。\n\n## 创作主流程\n\n### 1. 创建简报并确认方向\n\n调用 `self-media-content-brief`。将账号定位、目标受众、内容目标、核心判断、证据、调性、深度、禁区和平台角度整理成一张确认卡。信息不足时最多问 3 个高影响问题，并允许用户采用合理默认值。\n\n### 2. 补研究和证据\n\n按需调用 `self-media-trend-radar`。优先使用用户真实经历、后台数据、原始素材、官方文档和一手发布。竞品只用于识别需求、结构和表达机会，不洗稿。\n\n证据包至少包含：\n\n- 一句话判断。\n- 3 项可验证证据。\n- 事实、判断、推断和建议的边界。\n- 读者能带走的具体结果。\n- 暂时不能说或无法证明的内容。\n\n### 3. 选择平台和预检能力\n\n读取 [platforms.md](references/platforms.md)，推荐一个主平台和最多两个扩展平台。说明每个平台的作用、产物和时间成本。\n\n读取 [preflight-and-registry.md](references/preflight-and-registry.md)。只检查已选平台的写作、图片、视频原片或录屏、数字人敏感素材与平台就绪、视频合成与字幕、草稿和数据能力。其中数字人敏感素材与平台就绪、视频合成与字幕仅在视频制作模式为数字人制片时检查；其他内容类型和真人出镜、素材解析任务将这两项标记为不适用，不因此进入 `AWAITING_USER`。能力不可用时，给出手动发布包等降级方案。数字人制作的权利确认、手动上传、第三方数据处理、生成、合成和验收边界见 [digital-human-production.md](references/digital-human-production.md)。\n\n### 4. 生成平台原生初稿\n\n调用 `self-media-platform-copywriting`。不同平台分别设计标题、开头、证据顺序、结构和行动，不做机械缩写。\n\n内部先生成 6 到 8 个标题，覆盖结果、利益、身份、冲突、反差、好奇和数字等入口。筛选后只向用户展示最强的 3 个，并解释适用入口。\n\n先保存完整初稿，再等待标题确认。未确认标题前不生成封面。\n\n### 5. 生成视觉或视频素材\n\n标题确认后再生成素材。先从 `self-media-platform-copywriting` 的视觉风格库（`references/visual-styles.md`）按内容类型和平台推荐 2 到 3 套风格，一句话说明各自差异，等待用户选择；账号已有稳定风格偏好时默认沿用并告知。该模块未安装时，直接与用户确认画风、色板和构图。\n\n选定风格写入任务卡视觉锚，再建立“文案到画面”映射。软件或产品内容有真实界面素材时使用真实素材，没有时使用场景或隐喻，不虚构产品 UI。\n\n视频调用 `self-media-short-video`。默认没有原片时交付脚本、分镜、字幕、封面和发布字段。用户明确选择数字人制片时，必须先确认肖像与声音权利，并由用户本人在 Topview 或所选数字人平台中手动上传、创建和选定数字人及声音；本工作流不上传原始头像或录音。用户确认平台素材已就绪后，才调用可用适配器生成讲解片段，再合成画面解析、字幕和人物窗口，最后按目标平台核验比例、时长、声音、字幕和人物裁切。涉及付费生成时遵守运行时工具的费用确认规则。\n\n### 6. 质量审校\n\n完整读取 [quality-gates.md](references/quality-gates.md)，检查：\n\n1. 事实与证据。\n2. 账号声音和模板化表达。\n3. 平台原生程度。\n4. 标题、正文和视觉一致性。\n5. 内容合规和商业披露。\n6. 发布包完整性。\n\n失败项必须写明修改动作和复检结果。通过审校后等待终稿确认。\n\n### 7. 保存、创建草稿或交付发布包\n\n调用 `self-media-content-delivery` 保存里程碑产物并回读验证。只向用户报告已确认存在且非空的文件。\n\n完整读取 [publishing-and-review.md](references/publishing-and-review.md)。公众号草稿在用户授权后优先调用 `self-media-wechat-publisher` 排版并写入草稿箱；该模块或其依赖不可用时交付手动发布包。任何平台都不直接群发。\n\n### 8. 数据复盘和风格学习\n\n发布后调用 `self-media-content-analytics`。记录原始数据，按同平台、同内容类型和相近时间比较，输出核心结论、归因、对比、下次动作和待验证假设。\n\n读取 [style-learning.md](references/style-learning.md)。单次人工修改只记为观察，重复出现或用户明确确认后才升级为稳定偏好。\n\n## 工具适配原则\n\n- 先发现当前环境已经提供的搜索、浏览器、图片、视频、文档、发布和数据工具。\n- 数字人生成、画面合成和字幕渲染遵循同一适配原则；Topview MCP 只在用户完成敏感素材手动上传并确认就绪后作为可选生成适配器，不是核心 Skill 的硬依赖。\n- 优先使用官方 API、已认证连接器或用户已登录的浏览器。\n- 不要求用户为了本 Skill 安装某个特定厂商工具。\n- 需要图表、表格或报告时复用当前环境已有的文档和数据能力。\n- 只有用户明确要求提醒或定期复盘时，才使用当前环境的调度能力。\n- 不把 Cookie、Token、Secret 或完整凭证写入任务卡、日志或仓库。\n- 不把原始头像、录音及其本机路径、临时上传/下载链接、对象存储键或数字人平台私有标识写入任务卡、日志、内容注册表或仓库；生成片段、最终成片和字幕等交付物的索引路径正常记录，运行时必需的资源标识只做本次操作的临时引用。\n- 采集工具默认只读。验证码、限流和平台风控出现时立即停止并交给用户。\n- B 站等平台可以作为公开只读研究源，但只有用户选择时才成为创作平台。\n\n## 完成状态\n\n每次暂停或结束时报告：当前任务、已完成阶段、产物路径、已知降级项和下一步唯一动作。使用以下状态：\n\n- `AWAITING_USER`：等待方向、平台、标题、终稿、发布授权，或等待用户在数字人平台手动上传、创建和选定素材。\n- `DONE`：本次已授权步骤全部完成。\n-
