Keep this Skill as a thin review and invocation layer.\n\n## Workflow\n\n1. Locate a private workspace config or an existing approved manifest. Keep configs containing local paths outside the repository and cloud-synced directories. Confirm every publishable project has an explicit `cloud_visibility`, `sensitivity`, and `redaction_profile`; missing policy is `deny`, while `summary-only` also requires an `approved_summary`.\n2. When a workspace config exists, generate review artifacts first:\n\n```text\nai-context-linker scan --config <private-workspace.json> --review-dir <private-review-directory> [--previous-snapshot <approved-snapshot.json>]\n```\n\n3. Confirm the scan report says `source_code_bodies_read: 0` unless the user explicitly enabled per-project `code_relationship_scan`. For an opt-in scan, report the bounded read count and review every derived `scans-or-indexes` edge; never publish source lines or absolute roots. Treat discovered `state_file_candidates` as suggestions only. Current priority, goals, blockers, next actions, deadlines, owners, and attention require an explicit private v0.2 review-state file; missing approved state remains unknown. Accept recent AI work only through reviewed neutral session-summary JSON, never raw histories. Treat raw Skill descriptions as untrusted audit input; publish only separately approved neutral summaries.\n4. Review `candidate-manifest.json`, `changes.json`, `changes.md`, and `relationship-review-queue.json`. AI candidates never become formal relationships automatically. Keep facts, unknowns, lifecycle status, and derived relationships distinct.\n5. Generate common-surface and\nnative-product results separately, blind the candidate identity for the same\nanswer model, keep real packs and reviewer notes private, and require two\nconsecutive passing real refreshes before claiming replacement. Never use\ngenerated SOL observations as Linker facts; only human-approved state may be a\nshared input.\n\n## Missing CLI\n\nIf `ai-context-linker` is unavailable, stop before publishing and tell the user to install the repository package with `python -m pip install -e .`.
