Produces actionable fixes with exact code changes.\n\n## Instructions\n\nWhen asked to audit accessibility:\n\n1. **Determine the scope:**\n   - Single component, full page, or entire application?\n   - Target compliance level: A, AA (default), or AAA?\n   - Any specific regulations: EAA (European Accessibility Act), ADA, Section 508?\n\n2. **Check semantic structure (WCAG 1.3.1, 1.3.2):**\n   - Heading hierarchy: h1 → h2 → h3, no skipped levels\n   - Landmark regions: `<nav>`, `<main>`, `<header>`, `<footer>`, `<aside>`\n   - Lists use `<ul>`/`<ol>`/`<dl>`, not styled `<div>`s\n   - Tables have `<th>` with `scope`, and `<caption>` where appropriate\n   - Reading order matches visual order\n\n3. **Check text alternatives (WCAG 1.1.1):**\n   - All `<img>` have meaningful `alt` text (not \"image\", \"photo\", or filename)\n   - Decorative images use `alt=\"\"` or `role=\"presentation\"`\n   - SVG icons have `<title>` or `aria-label`\n   - Complex images (charts, diagrams) have extended descriptions\n   - Video/audio have captions and transcripts\n\n4. **Check color and contrast (WCAG 1.4.3, 1.4.11):**\n   - Normal text: minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio\n   - Large text (18px+ or 14px+ bold): minimum 3:1\n   - UI components and graphical objects: minimum 3:1\n   - Information not conveyed by color alone (WCAG 1.4.1)\n   - Compute exact contrast ratios for flagged elements\n\n5. **Check keyboard accessibility (WCAG 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.4.7):**\n   - All interactive elements reachable via Tab key\n   - No keyboard traps (user can always Tab away)\n   - Error messages are programmatically associated with inputs\n   - Required fields indicated with more than just color\n   - `autocomplete` attributes on common fields (name, email, address)\n   - Form validation errors announced to screen readers\n\n8. **Output format for each violation:**\n   -
