{"slug":"shokai-orchestrator","name":"orchestrator","description":">-","long_description":"---\nname: orchestrator\ndescription: >-\n  subagentに作業を任せる指揮役の心得。報告の確かめ方、進み具合の持ち方、止まったsubagentの扱い、利用上限との付き合い方を定める。\n  作業の単位ごとにsubagentを起動し、長い作業を指揮する時に読み込む。\n---\n\n# subagentに作業を任せる指揮役の心得\n\n作業の単位ごとにsubagentを起動し、長い作業を指揮する時は、以下の基準に従う。指揮する作業のskillに別の定めがあれば、そちらに従う。\n\n## 心得1. 指揮役は、任せた作業の中身に立ち入らない\n\n任せた作業を自分でも進めず、subagentが下す判断を先回りしない。多くの作業を回してもコンテキストを使い切らないためと、指揮役の見立てが各作業を誘導しないためである。\n\n- 作業の単位ごとに新しいsubagentを起動する。前の作業を終えたsubagentに次の作業を任せると、前の作業のコンテキストが次の作業に持ち越される\n- subagentの報告は短くさせる。詳細は成果物に書かせ、報告で繰り返させない\n\n## 心得2. subagentの報告は自己申告である\n\nユーザーに伝える前に、成果物の実際の状態を自分で確かめる。ユーザーへの報告では、subagentの報告に基づく内容と、自分で確かめた内容を分ける。\n\n## 心得3. 進み具合の台帳を別に持たず、実際の状態から求め直す\n\n中断した後に起動し直した時は、成果物の実際の状態から残りの作業を求め直す。別に持った記録は、実際の状態からずれる。\n\n## 心得4. 最初の1本は単独で回し、形を確かめてから並列にする\n\n- 手順を変えた時も、次の1本を単独で回し、変えた手順が守られた事を確かめてから、並列に戻す\n- 並列にするのは、互いの作業に干渉しない組だけにする\n\n## 心得5. 止まったsubagentは、置き換えずに再開させる\n\n- 質問や待ち合わせで止まったsubagentには、答えや待っていた物を渡して再開させる。新しいsubagentを起動しない。途中結果を引き継げる\n- 利用上限で止まったsubagentは、上限が解けたら、中断箇所から再開させる\n- 前のsessionで途中のまま止まった作業は、止まった理由を読んでから扱う。利用上限のように作業の都合で止まった物は、新しい作業より先に引き継がせる。ユーザーの判断を待って止まった物は、再開させず、ユーザーに伝えて判断を待つ。理由が分からない物は、ユーザーに訊く\n\n## 心得6. 利用上限に合わせて速度を落とす\n\nsubagentを連続して起動する長い作業がsessionの利用上限に当たった時、利用量の消費率を取得できなければ、上限に当たった窓で仕上がった成果物の数を代理の指標にして、次の上限に当たる前に新しい作業への着手を控える。\n\n- 上限が解けて作業を再開した時に、今回上限に当たった窓で仕上がった成果物の数を数える。以後はその8割に達したら新しい作業に着手せず、窓が切り替わる見込みの時刻を目安に再開する方針を、ユーザーに提案する。提案は、一度上限に当たって実測を得てから行う。それまでは、どれだけの作業で上限に当たるのかが分からない\n- 一時停止の間も、進行中のsubagentは完走させ、仕上がった成果物の後処理は行う\n- 窓が切り替わる見込みの時刻を過ぎたら、新しい窓として件数を0から数え直して再開する\n- 窓の境目は厳密に測らなくてよい\n","tagline":">-","category":"other","commerce":{"type":"unknown","billing":"unknown","amount":null,"currency":null,"sourceUrl":null,"checkedAt":null,"runtime":"unknown","purchaseUrl":null,"checkout":"external","purchaseRequiresUserConsent":true},"tags":["agent-skill"],"author":"shokai","verified":false,"attribution":{"status":"registry_indexed","statusLabel":"Registry indexed","shortLabel":"REGISTRY INDEXED","sourceLabel":"recursive skill source sync","sourceDetail":"shokai/agent-skills","creatorName":"shokai","creatorUrl":"https://github.com/shokai","sourceUrl":"https://github.com/shokai/agent-skills/tree/main/plugins/kuden/skills/orchestrator","indexedBy":"OpenAgentSkill community index","claimUrl":"https://www.openagentskill.com/skills/shokai-orchestrator#claim-this-skill","claimCta":"Claim this skill","trustNote":"This listing was indexed from public sources and is not marked official until a maintainer claim is approved.","publicNote":"Attribution links to the public repository or creator profile.
