The dashboard gives the user a second-screen view of context, questions, topic progress, decisions, risks, and follow-ups while the call is happening.\n\nThis skill is designed for private workspaces. Do not publish raw transcripts, client names, personal notes, or generated meeting artifacts unless the user explicitly asks for a sanitized export.\n\n## Modes\n\nUse one of three modes:\n\n| Mode | When | Output |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| CREATE | Before the meeting | A local dashboard app with prepared context and questions |\n| UPDATE | During the meeting | Updated questions, topics, decisions, risks, and follow-ups from transcript chunks |\n| CLOSE | After the meeting | Final summary, action items, CRM or notes updates, and optional sanitized export |\n\n## CREATE\n\nInputs:\n- meeting title or contact name\n- meeting type, for example discovery, sales, mentoring, support, hiring, partnership\n- date\n- available context files, if any\n- output directory\n\nCreate this structure:\n\n```text\nYYYY-MM-DD-meeting-copilot/\n  app/\n    index.html\n    app.js\n    components.js\n    styles.css\n    tabs/\n      briefing.js\n      questions.js\n      topics.js\n      decisions.js\n      followups.js\n  state/\n    transcript.txt\n    diff.py\n```\n\nDashboard tabs:\n- `briefing.js`: meeting goal, known context, participants, constraints\n- `questions.js`: grouped live questions\n- `topics.js`: planned and discussed topics\n- `decisions.js`: decisions, risks, blockers, open loops\n- `followups.js`: action items, owners, due dates, next message draft\n\nIf the app uses ES modules, serve it over HTTP:\n\n```bash\ncd YYYY-MM-DD-meeting-copilot/app\npython3 -m http.server 8080\n```\n\nThen open `http://127.0.0.1:8080`.\n\n## UPDATE\n\nInput is usually a full transcript copied from a transcription tool. Save incoming transcript to `state/transcript-new.txt`.\n2. Run `python3 state/diff.py < state/transcript-new.txt > state/delta.txt`.\n3. Read `state/delta.txt`.\n4. Update only live tabs: `questions.js`, `topics.js`, `decisions.js`, `followups.js`.\n5. Move `state/transcript-new.txt` to `state/transcript.txt`.\n6. Tell the user what changed and ask them to refresh the dashboard.\n\nDo not update long-term profile or history files during UPDATE unless the user asks. Keep the live loop fast.\n\n## Question Design\n\nGroup questions by topic. Avoid one long list.\n\nUse 3 to 6 groups, with 3 to 6 questions per group:\n\n```js\nfunction questionGroup(title, items) {\n  if (!items.length) return \"\";\n  return card(title, `<ul>${items.map((item) => `<li>${item}</li>`).join(\"\")}</ul>`);\n}\n```\n\nGood groups:\n- Check-in and goal\n- Business context\n- Budget, timeline, and constraints\n- Decision criteria\n- Risks and blockers\n- Next steps\n\nMark critical questions clearly, especially around money, deadlines, authority, legal constraints, and irreversible decisions.\n\n## Topic Map\n\nTrack meeting flow as planned, discussed, skipped, or unresolved.\n\nUse a compact visual language:\n- filled marker: discussed\n- hollow marker: planned but not reached\n- warning marker: blocked or risky\n- check marker: decided\n\nIf using a graph, include only topics, projects, concepts, decisions, and risks. Do not put private participant names into public exports.\n\n## CLOSE\n\nAt the end of the meeting:\n\n1. Process the final transcript chunk.\n2. Write a concise meeting summary.\n3. Extract decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and open questions.\n4. Update the user's chosen system of record, for example CRM, project issue, notes folder, or ticket.\n5. Create a follow-up message draft.\n6.
