Current State**\n- Monthly active users (approximate)\n- Existing promotional features already configured\n- Upcoming updates or milestones\n- Marketing budget (none / small / moderate)\n\n### Phase 2: Strategy Analysis\n\nRead **decision-matrix.md** to map the app profile to recommended features.\n\nThe decision matrix evaluates these dimensions:\n- Monetization model → Which offer types apply\n- Lifecycle stage → Which tactics are highest priority\n- App category → Which featuring angles work\n- Audience segments → Whether custom product pages help\n- Content/events → Whether in-app events fit\n- **Minimum eligibility thresholds** → Whether the app has sufficient scale for each feature\n\n**CRITICAL — Check Eligibility Before Recommending:**\nNot every feature makes sense at every scale. The decision matrix (Dimension 6) defines minimum thresholds. Features that require traffic volume (PPO, CPPs) or user base size (win-back, promotional offers) should NOT be recommended for apps below those thresholds. Instead, recommend the alternatives specified in the matrix.
