You need strong opinions, *strongly expressed*. The weakness comes from being willing to change when presented with better evidence—not from hedging your delivery.\n\nDHH's writing is characterized by:\n- **Conviction**: Every piece has a clear position\n- **Courage**: Willing to say unpopular things\n- **Clarity**: No corporate-speak, no hedging\n- **Concision**: Short sentences, short paragraphs\n\n## The 10 Core Techniques\n\nReference [techniques.md](./references/techniques.md) for the complete guide.\n\n### 1.
