Scaffold new projects with XcodeGen templates.\n2. Adopt existing projects non-destructively.\n3. Optionally install subskills:\n   - `xcode-makefiles`\n   - `simple-tasks`\n\n## Workflow\n\n1. Collect inputs.\n2. Run doctor checks.\n3. Choose mode: `new` or `adopt`.\n4. In `new` mode, scaffold app templates and run XcodeGen.\n5. Install selected subskills (default: both).\n6. Optionally initialize git and create a baseline commit.\n7.
