{"slug":"riwonswain-ovo-talk-review","name":"talk-review","description":"接收用户上传或指定的真实面试 ASR，询问本次面试关联的简历和/或 experience-deepthink 经历材料，先忠实拆分面试官与面试者原话并确认不确定片段，再生成求职者复盘和招聘者视角评估；目标为 AI 产品、AIGC、大模型、Agent、模型/数据平台或 AI+行业产品岗位时加载 AI 产品经理专项复盘视角，诊断业务—产品—技术链、指标口径、项目成熟度、个人所有权、术语替代事实及追问行为，并把缺口精确回流到相应 Skill。用户说“复盘刚才的面试”“分析这份面试转写”“根据 ASR 帮我复盘”时使用。","long_description":"---\nname: talk-review\ndescription: 接收用户上传或指定的真实面试 ASR，询问本次面试关联的简历和/或 experience-deepthink 经历材料，先忠实拆分面试官与面试者原话并确认不确定片段，再生成求职者复盘和招聘者视角评估；目标为 AI 产品、AIGC、大模型、Agent、模型/数据平台或 AI+行业产品岗位时加载 AI 产品经理专项复盘视角，诊断业务—产品—技术链、指标口径、项目成熟度、个人所有权、术语替代事实及追问行为，并把缺口精确回流到相应 Skill。用户说“复盘刚才的面试”“分析这份面试转写”“根据 ASR 帮我复盘”时使用。\n---\n\n# Talk Review\n\n把真实面试转写转成两份共享同一证据来源的复盘：一份服务求职者改进，一份模拟招聘者如何\n评价候选人。保留 ASR 不确定性，不把修正猜测、面试官意图推断或用户事后补充当成原始事实。\n\n运行相对路径前先从当前 `SKILL.md` 定位 Skill 根目录。\n\n## 运行模式\n\n本 Skill 的第一项动作是读取 `../.offerloop-runtime/references/installation-mode.md` 并运行模式\n检查。OfferLoop 只支持飞书完整模式，读取用户明确选择的飞书材料并自动保存；只读取本轮指定的\nASR、简历和经历材料，不执行用户画像门禁。\n\n## 开工前材料路由\n\n| 场景 | 必须读取 | 缺失时 |\n|---|---|---|\n| 真实面试复盘 | ASR、关联简历、相关经历材料 | ASR 或明确关联材料未读时停止正式评价 |\n| 关联面试事件 | 公司、岗位、环节和候选事件 | 唯一候选自动关联；零个或多候选时再询问 |\n\n开始实质复盘前简短列出实际读取材料。私有空间中唯一匹配的材料自动读取，不要求用户重复提供。\n\n## 前置读取\n\n1. 完整读取 `references/review-rubric.md`。\n2. 完整读取 `references/recruiter-analysis.md`。\n3. 完整读取 `references/role-evidence-review.md`，并只启用目标岗位对应的评价镜头。\n4. 完整读取 `../.offerloop-runtime/references/voice-contract.md`。ASR 是本轮高价值真实口语样本；先\n   保留原话并完成复盘，只用于本次参考回答的表达调整，不创建或更新长期语言画像。\n5. 目标岗位是 AI 产品、AIGC、大模型、Agent、模型/数据平台、AI+行业产品，或本场问题主要\n   验证 AI 产品设计与落地时，完整读取 `references/ai-product-interview-review.md`。岗位实际\n   偏其他职能时不因标题含“AI”强制加载。\n6. 本场进一步围绕 Coding Agent、应用搭建、技术原型、Spec、API/数据库、测试、部署或生产\n   交付时，同时读取 `references/ai-coding-interview-review.md`；只偶然提到工具不触发。\n7. 需要从飞书读取或保存材料时，完整读取同级隐藏目录 `../.offerloop-runtime/references/artifact-contract.md`，脚本使用 `../.offerloop-runtime/scripts/artifact_contract.py`，并读取 `lark-wiki`、`lark-doc` Skill。\n8. 需要关联或回填面试事件时，定位兄弟 `recruiting-reminder`，完整读取其\n   `references/event-contract.md`，并读取 `lark-base` Skill。\n9. 创建或更新飞书节点时遵循共享产物契约的自动保存规则；用户明确说“不保存”时跳过，明确要求\n   另建文档时才创建独立版本。\n\n工作区配置 schema v7、依赖或权限未就绪时路由到安装器 `--setup`，不要自行扩大权限。\n\n## 启动顺序\n\n严格按以下顺序推进，不要在前一步未完成时提前评价：\n\n1. 请用户上传本次面试的 ASR 文档。用户改为指定\n   `06｜真实面试复盘/ASR 待复盘` 中的文档时，列出候选并让用户选择。收到后只确认可读性和\n   是否为目标面试，不开始复盘。\n2. 询问本次面试关联的当前简历和/或 `experience-deepthink` 经历材料。允许同时提供多份\n   相关经历；由用户明确指定，不扫描无关材料。飞书简历按标题精确匹配。\n3. 解析并确认 ASR；确认完成后才生成正式复盘。\n\n用户直接粘贴 ASR 时可以继续，但最终文档必须标记：\n\n> 来源为对话粘贴、无持久化原始转写文档。\n\n岗位 JD、面试事件和本轮面试准备文档均为可选输入，不得阻塞 ASR 解析。原始上传文档原位\n保留，不移动、不改写、不删除。\n\n不得把 ASR、简历或私人材料上传外部研究服务。\n\n## ASR 解析与确认\n\n1. 按原始顺序拆分为“面试官”“面试者”“说话人待确认”，保留时间位置（若来源提供）。\n2. 忠实保留面试者的口语化表达，包括口头禅、重复、停顿、自我修正、未完成句、冗余、\n   模糊用词和不自然句式。不得在解析阶段改写成书面表达。\n3. 明显 ASR 错误可以提出修正，但同时保留原片段、修正理由和可信度。\n4. 无法确定说话人、专有名词、句意、问答边界或追问关系时，向用户展示原片段、可能解释和\n   具体问题。用户补充单独标记，不伪装成面试现场原话。\n5. 先让用户确认解析结果；确认前不生成能力评价、参考答案或招聘判断。\n\n解析稿是两份正式文档的共同证据来源，不再创建第三份“事实底稿”或“底稿简历”。\n\n## 正式复盘\n\n确认解析稿后生成两份文档：\n\n1. **求职者面试复盘**：完整采用 `references/review-rubric.md` 的方法和内容范围，先覆盖\n   全部问题的简要诊断，再选择最影响结果的 3–5 组问题进行深度复盘；分析真实口语、回答\n   内容、证据、岗位匹配和追问表现，并给出自然口语参考回答与分级训练计划。参考回答先修复\n   内容，再按已确认个人语言画像改写；ASR 中的错误和无意义口头禅不得机械复制。\n2. **招聘者视角评估**：完整采用 `references/recruiter-analysis.md` 的方法和内容范围，\n   包括动态岗位评价视角、事实重建、风险扫描、关键案例深度解码、候选人能力画像、招聘倾向\n   和面试官元分析。\n\n命中 AI 产品经理专项时，两份文档同时采用 `references/ai-product-interview-review.md`：\n从业务与用户、产品判断、AI 技术链路、评测治理、所有权和成熟度中选择与本场最相关的二至\n四项；重建实际追问链，区分术语替代事实、指标无口径、成熟度冲突和只讲成功路径等具体问题。\n打断、重复、要求举例或追问公式只能解释为可能的证据请求，不得写成面试官确定意图。\n\n本场命中 AI Coding 产品交付时，再用 `references/ai-coding-interview-review.md` 检查工具替代\n决策、生成等于完成、部署等于生产、跟做升级主导、托管等于安全和技术所有权越界。每个标签\n必须引用现场原话；用户事后补充只能进入改进建议。\n\n两份文档都按“现场可见证据重建与失分定位法”工作：先重建问题—回答—追问链，再区分现场\n事实、招聘者推断和事后补充；最后把主要问题定位为事实缺口、简历承诺缺口、知识缺口、判断\n缺口或表达/承压缺口。不得只写“回答不够深入”，必须指出缺失的证据层和最合适的修复 Skill。\n\n两份文档必须引用同一份已确认解析稿，但证据可见性不同：\n\n- 招聘者评估只把简历、JD 和面试现场实际表达的内容视为招聘者可见证据。\n- `experience-deepthink` 中未在简历或现场出现的事实，只能用于求职者复盘中的“遗漏表达”\n  提示，不得偷偷加入招聘者的正向判断。\n- “没有在本场面试得到证据”不等于“候选人不具备该能力”。\n\n用户给出事件链接或 record ID 时优先使用；否则需要关联事件时调用\n`event_lookup.py resolve --json` 获取候选。唯一候选自动关联并在保存后回填；多候选让用户选择，\n零候选时询问是否作为独立复盘，不取第一条或按公司猜测。\n\n对比准备文档时识别命中、遗漏和临场新增题目。改进表达只能使用确认事实；面试官关注点必须\n标记为推断。新发现经历事实经用户确认后只列为复盘建议，不自动修改简历或既有经历深挖文档；\n需要回流时建议用户继续运行 `experience-deepthink`。\n\n## 保存与回填\n\n1. 两份正式文档分别生成独立 `run_id` 和 Markdown，共享来源说明并互相标明关联关系。求职者\n   文档标题固定为 `面试复盘｜<公司>｜<岗位>｜<环节>｜<日期>`；招聘者文档使用\n   `recruiter-assessment` 产物类型，标题固定为\n   `招聘者评估｜<公司>｜<岗位>｜<环节>｜<日期>`。完成、暂停或明确提前结束都自动保存到\n   `06｜真实面试复盘/已完成复盘`，用状态区分 `completed` / `incomplete`。ASR 原稿标题使用\n   `面试ASR｜<公司>｜<岗位>｜<环节>｜<日期>`，保留在 `ASR 待复盘`。两份正式文档均使用\n   `validate-markdown --content-only` 校验，用户可见正文不设置“产物信息”目录；完成状态、\n   `run_id` 和其他内部运行元数据只保留在运行上下文或文档属性中。\n2. 原始上传文档不移动、不改写、不删除。\n3. 已确认事件先读取当前“面试复盘文档”“完成状态”和“事件状态”，把含\n   `\"kind\":\"review\"`、本次 `artifact_status`、精确事件 ID 与当前值的 JSON 通过 stdin 交给\n   `event_lookup.py backfill --input -
