Best Overall\nResponse (BOR) follows a strict hierarchy (CR > PR > SD > NON-CR/NON-PD > PD >\nNE) and handles NE propagation in ways that manual `case_when()` or `slice_min()`\ncannot replicate correctly. CONFIRMED = \"Y\" if the subject has at least\none confirmed CR or PR; \"N\" otherwise.\n\n**Flag convention note:** CONFIRMED uses `\"Y\"`/`\"N\"`, not `\"Y\"`/`NA` — this is\nthe documented admiralonco contract. See\n[Flag convention exception](#flag-convention-exception-for-confirmed-and-cbrespfl)\nbelow.
