Assign one severity:\n\n- `P0` — potentially filing-blocking or materially misleading;\n- `P1` — material inconsistency or unsupported disclosure;\n- `P2` — clear textual, numerical, unit, reference, or formatting defect;\n- `P3` — optional polish with no substantive effect;\n- `REVIEW` — machine-detected lead requiring contextual judgment.\n\nDo not inflate severity because a phrase sounds awkward. Explain the consequence of each P0/P1 finding.\n\n### 5.
