Não transforme uma decisão encontrada em declaração do\n   usuário.\n\nSe uma resposta mudar materialmente os termos, o problema, a pessoa, o\nresultado ou o contexto, repita a busca.\n\n## Garantir a captura mínima\n\n1. Preserve a formulação original recebida na conversa ou em\n   `specs/inbox/<data-hora>-<slug>.md`. Separe declaração, inferência e aberto.\n2. Confirme se o contexto esclarece:\n   - problema percebido;\n   - pessoa afetada ou beneficiada;\n   - resultado ou valor esperado;\n   - contexto suficiente para distinguir a entrada de pedidos semelhantes.\n3. Para criar ou consolidar a definição inicial, chame\n`$specsfy-03-specify`.
