There is no\n `--paginate` flag here; `--paginate` only lives on `pixee api`.\n\n## pixee workflow view\n\n```\npixee workflow view \n```\n\nFetch a single workflow by UUID. `` is the value shown in the `id` column of\n`pixee workflow list`.\n\nDefault text mode prints a sectioned `Key: value` block of the workflow's headline fields — the\nsame ones `list` surfaces (`id`, `name`, `event`, `action`, `tool`) plus the event-specific\nconfiguration (`cadence`/`branch`/`start` for `schedule`, `branch` for `new-scan`,\n`target-branch`/`source-branch` for `pull-request-scan`) — colon-separated, one field per line.\nUse `--output json` (or `--json`) for the full HAL body, which adds the `_links` envelope and any\nfields the text view omits. No flags beyond the global ones.\n\nA non-existent UUID returns the standard not-found error and exits 3.\n\n## pixee workflow create\n\n`pixee workflow create` does not take an `--event` flag. Event kind is selected via a subcommand:\n\n- `pixee workflow create schedule` — cadence-based.\n- `pixee workflow create new-scan` — triggered when a new scan is uploaded on a branch.\n- `pixee workflow create pull-request-scan` — triggered on pull-request scans.\n\nAll three share the [shared create flags](#shared-create-flags) below; event-specific flags\ndiffer:\n\n**schedule** — `--cadence ` (required), `--start ` (optional start time\nwith timezone, e.g. `2026-05-01T00:00:00Z`), `--branch ` (exact branch name; defaults to\nthe repo's default branch).\n\n**new-scan** — `--branch ` (optional; supports a `*` suffix, e.g. `release/*`; defaults\nto the repo's default branch).\n\n**pull-request-scan** — `--target-branch `, `--source-branch ` (each optional;\nsupports `feature/*` style patterns).\n\n### Shared create flags\n\nEvery `create` subcommand accepts:\n\n- `--repo ` — **required**. Target repository.\n- `--tool ` — **required**. Scanner tool (`sonar`, `semgrep`, `codeql`, etc.).\n- `--action ` — **required**. `create-patch` or `none`.\n- `--severity-labels `, `--min-severity-score `, `--max-severity-score `,\n `--min-fix-confidence `, `--finding-limit ` — optional\n severity filters. **All require `--action create-patch`**; they have no meaning for\n `--action none`.\n\n`--severity-labels` and `--min/max-severity-score` are **mutually exclusive**: pick either\nlabel-based or score-based filtering. The CLI rejects mixed usage at parse time (exit code 1)\nbefore any network call.\n\n## pixee workflow update\n\n`pixee workflow update` is a **partial update**: only the flags you pass are changed; everything\nelse is left as-is on the server. Like `create`, the event kind is selected via subcommand, and\nthe workflow ID is a positional argument:\n\n- `pixee workflow update schedule ` — for cadence-based workflows.\n- `pixee workflow update new-scan ` — for new-scan workflows.\n- `pixee workflow update pull-request-scan ` — for PR-scan workflows.\n\nThe subcommand must match the workflow's existing event kind; you cannot retype a `schedule`\nworkflow into a `new-scan` via update. There is no `--repo` flag — the workflow UUID\ndisambiguates by itself.\n\nEvent-specific flags mirror `create`:\n\n- **schedule** — `--cadence`, `--branch`, `--start`.\n- **new-scan** — `--branch`.\n- **pull-request-scan** — `--target-branch`, `--source-branch`.\n\n### Shared update flags\n\nEvery `update` subcommand also accepts:\n\n- `--name ` — rename the workflow.\n- `--enabled` / `--disabled` — toggle the workflow on or off. **Mutually exclusive**; pass at\n most one.\n- `--action `, `--severity-labels`, `--min-severity-score`, `--max-severity-score`,\n `--min-fix-confidence`, `--finding-limit` — same semantics and same `--action create-patch`\n requirement as on `create`. The `--severity-labels` vs `--min/max-severity-score` mutual\n exclusion still applies.\n- `--unset ` — repeatable. **Clears** a nullable field back to `null` instead of setting\n it; use this to drop a filter rather than change it. Per-subcommand fields:\n - schedule: `start`, `severity-labels`, `min-severity-score`, `max-severity-score`,\n `min-fix-confidence`, `finding-limit`.\n - new-scan: `severity-labels`, `min-severity-score`, `max-severity-score`,\n `min-fix-confidence`, `finding-limit`.\n - pull-request-scan: `target-branch`, `source-branch`, `severity-labels`,\n `min-severity-score`, `max-severity-score`, `min-fix-confidence`, `finding-limit`.\n\n Action-scoped fields (`severity-labels`, `min/max-severity-score`, `min-fix-confidence`,\n `finding-limit`) require `--action create-patch` on the same call, even when only unsetting.\n\n## pixee workflow run\n\n```\npixee workflow run \n```\n\nTrigger a scheduled workflow on demand. `` is the UUID shown in the `id` column of\n`pixee workflow list`.\n\n`run` targets `schedule` workflows specifically — `new-scan` and `pull-request-scan` workflows\nfire on their own events (incoming scan, pull-request scan) and there is nothing for the agent\nto trigger manually. Pairs naturally with `pixee workflow update schedule --enabled` for the\n\"re-enable, then kick off once now\" flow, and with `--disabled` to suspend the cadence after a\nsingle manual run.\n\nNo flags. Names are fine\n for humans when the match is unique.\n- Use `--output json` (or the `--json` shorthand) when piping `workflow list` into `jq`; the\n default text output drops fields that are not in the four-column set.\n- Keep severity filters to one mode (labels *or* scores); the CLI rejects mixed usage before the\n network call, but the failure still spends a CI cycle.\n- `update` is partial — pass only the flags that need to change. Re-sending unchanged values\n works but adds noise to scripts and audit logs.\n- To clear a nullable filter on `update`, use `--unset ` rather than passing an empty\n value to the regular flag (which is a parse error). Action-scoped fields still require\n `--action create-patch` on the same call when unsetting.\n- `--enabled` and `--disabled` are mutually exclusive on `update`; pass at most one per call.\n- The `update` subcommand must match the workflow's existing event kind. To change event kind,\n delete and recreate.\n- `pixee workflow run` only makes sense for `schedule` workflows; `new-scan` and\n `pull-request-scan` workflows fire on their own events.
