Вони рідко помиляються в фактах і майже завжди роблять одне й те саме: розмите «дослідіть пресу» дає двох агентів, які шукають ті самі слова в тому самому місці, і третього, який пішов у сусідній район. Ціна цього не якість, а бюджет. Подвоєна робота коштує рівно вдвічі й виглядає як старанність.\n\nУсе, що нижче, про одне: як розділити роботу так, щоб перетину не було за побудовою, а не за домовленістю.\n\n## Ділити за джерелами, а не за темами\n\n**Це головне правило, і воно єдине, що справді працює.** Тема «війна» і тема «репресії» лізуть в одну книгу; зона «фонди обласного архіву» і зона «преса» не перетинаються ніколи.\n\nВиміряно: сім агентів по семи джерельних напрямках не перетнулися **жодного разу**. Ті самі сім тем, роздані як теми, дали б потрійне читання тих самих томів.\n\nТиповий набір зон для локального дослідження:\n\n1. **архівні описи** - що взагалі існує, під яким шифром;\n2. **омоніми й сучасне** - чи всі згадки справді про наш обʼєкт;\n3. **краєзнавча література** - хронологія з книжок і довідників;\n4. **преса** - окремим агентом, не разом із краєзнавством;\n5. **документи** - оцифровані метрики, переписи, справи;\n6. **репресовані й загиблі поіменно**;\n7. **хто звідси вийшов** - живі люди з досягненням, а не зі смертю.\n\n**Преса відокремлена від краєзнавства свідомо, і різниця виміряна.** На одному селі книжки дали кількість жителів за 1864 і 1971 роки, а газета за той самий час - тисячу сорок виборців 1938 року, директора школи на імʼя, ланкових, агітаторів і матір, що розшукувала дітей. Це різні зони джерел, а не різні теми, і в одного агента вони не вміщаються.\n\n## Друга вісь: ракурс\n\nПоділ за каналами вирішує, **де** шукати. Він не вирішує, **що** питати, і тому знаходить те, чого в каналах більше. А більше в них вироків і смертей.\n\nВиміряно на власному сайті: перші чотири напрямки побудовані так, що з них виходить некролог - описи дають справи, омоніми дають розрізнення, преса дає репресії, четвертий прямо шукає мертвих. Дослідження з чотирьох напрямків знає, скільки в селі померло, і не знає, чим воно жило. Тим часом матеріал лежить у тих самих книгах: краєзнавчі видання майже в кожній статті називають уродженців, учителів, лікарів і будівничих, а бланк акта про смерть має графу місця роботи.\n\nТому додається друга вісь - питання, з яким приходять у **будь-який** канал:\n\n> земля · церква й парафія · школа й грамота · промисел і робота · люди й рух · влада й межі · війни й насильство · сьогодні\n\n**Порожній ракурс це теж результат**, і його місце в звіті, у розділі «перевірено, порожньо».\n\n## Одиниця роботи: канал, а не обʼєкт\n\nКоли обʼєктів багато (двадцять сіл, сто прізвищ, десять років), природна спокуса - вести їх по одному від початку до кінця. Це дорого й виміряно.\n\nОдин агент, пущений по одній базі даних **через усі обʼєкти одразу**, дав приріст семи селам. Другий, по одному довіднику, закрив девʼять. По селах ту саму роботу довелося б робити двадцять пʼять разів, щоразу заново відкриваючи той самий том.\n\nПравило: **новий обʼєкт ведеться по вертикалі, борг і дозбір - по горизонталі**. Це дві різні одиниці роботи, і плутати їх дорого.\n\n## Промпт агента: чотири речі, жодну не можна опустити\n\n| | |\n|---|---|\n| **Мета** | що саме треба знайти, одним реченням |\n| **Формат відповіді** | що агент віддає і як; інакше він віддасть есе |\n| **Дозволені джерела** | його зона, і тільки вона |\n| **Межі задачі** | де зупинитися, і скільки викликів на це відведено |\n\nБез меж агенти йдуть у ту саму зону. Без формату вони пишуть прозу, яку потім читає людина. Без стелі викликів вони або не дориють, або закопаються в дрібницю: **агент не вміє оцінити обсяг сам**.\n\nНорма задається числом, оркестратором:\n\n| Задача | Агентів | Викликів на агента |\n|---|---|---|\n| Одна довідка (рік, координати, чи існує справа) | 1 | 3-10 |\n| Уточнення або порівняння двох версій | 2-4 | 10-15 |\n| Новий обʼєкт цілком | 5-6 одночасно | до вичерпання напрямку |\n\n**Напрямок зупиняється після двох раундів без нового факту.** Окремий агент-суддя запускається під **одну означену суперечку**, а не «перевір усе».\n\n**Стеля жорстка, і розбити один напрямок на пʼятьох агентів не є способом її обійти**: спільна частина промпта й спільна підготовка множаться на пʼять. Виміряно: оркестратор запустив девʼять агентів замість шести й цим упер прогін у ліміт сесії.\n\n## Що агент повертає\n\n**Структуровані знахідки**: факт, джерело з шифром, рівень довіри, і окремо - чого знайти не вдалося.\n\n**Кожен факт несе, чи агент бачив джерело сам.** Різниця між «прочитав на скані», «прочитав опис справи» і «так пише інший сайт» вирішальна, і у зведеному звіті вона зникає першою. Через її відсутність в одну статтю потрапила цитата, якої на вказаній сторінці немає.\n\n**Дописувати у файл по ходу, а не наприкінці.** Три агенти одного прогону вмерли на ліміті сесії й забрали з собою всю роботу, за яку вже заплачено. Проміжний файл коштує нічого.\n\n**Розбіжність між агентами це знахідка, а не шум.** Той, хто зводить звіти докупи, не згладжує суперечності: два агенти, що дали різні дати, знайшли проблему, якої не бачив жоден окремо.\n\n## Моделі\n\nОбсяг і механічне - дешевша модель; судження (омоніми, незалежність джерел, суперечка між джерелами) - сильніша.\n\n**Але не переносьте це правило на перевірку.** Там воно ламається: на трьох сторінках поспіль дешевша модель дала нуль зауважень там, де сильніша знайшла вісім і вісім.
