For each file, read only the **first 20-30 lines** to make filtering decisions:\n   - Frontmatter/metadata (YAML block)\n   - Title and first heading\n   - Opening paragraph describing the content\n\n   This is sufficient to identify file type (changelog, RFC, API doc, tutorial, etc.).\n   **Do NOT read entire files for filtering** - it wastes tokens on large repos.\n\n2. Evaluate each file against criteria:\n\n**KEEP** - Files that help developers USE the library:\n- API reference documentation\n- Usage guides and tutorials\n- Configuration and setup docs\n- Code examples and patterns\n- Integration guides\n- Troubleshooting guides\n\n**DELETE** - Files NOT useful for using the library:\n- Internal development docs\n- Contribution guidelines\n- Release notes and changelogs\n- Meeting notes, RFCs, proposals\n- Marketing and landing pages\n- Duplicate or stub files\n- Auto-generated index files with no content\n\n3.
