Transparent codieren\n\nErstelle anhand der Forschungsfrage und einer Anfangsstichprobe ein Codebuch mit Definition, Ein-/Ausschluss und Beispielen. Mehrfachcodierung ist zulässig. Trenne Aufgabe, gewünschte Entwicklung, Auslöser, Arbeitsablauf, Reibung, Auswahlkriterium, Alternative, Einwand, Wechselkosten und ausdrücklich geäußerte emotionale/soziale Bedeutung. Bei folgenreichen Entscheidungen: unabhängige Zweitcodierung oder Stichprobenprüfung; Differenzen berichten.\n\n### 4. Innerhalb des Stichprobenrahmens auswerten\n\nZahlen beschreiben das analysierte Material, nicht den Markt. Nenne Nenner und Zähleinheit. Mehrfache Nennung durch dieselbe Person erhöht nicht die Personenhäufigkeit. Häufigkeit ist nicht Wirkung; Schweigen ist kein Nichtvorhandensein.
