{质疑简述} → {修改简述}\n  - ...\n❌ 驳回 K 条：\n  - {质疑简述}（理由：{一句话}）\n  - ...\n📝 计划已更新\n\nsession id: <SESSION_ID>【用于codex恢复记录，压缩时请保留】\n\n⏳ 继续下一轮...\n```\n\n**每轮摘要都必须包含 session id 行**，确保即使用户中途打断或上下文压缩，最新的 session ID 始终可用。\n\n#### 4d. 回应 Codex\n\n使用 `codex exec resume <SESSION_ID>` 继续对话（后台执行）：\n\n```bash\nCODEX_OUT=$(mktemp /tmp/codex-out-XXXXXX)\ncodex exec resume <SESSION_ID> --skip-git-repo-check --json -o \"$CODEX_OUT\" \"{回应内容}\" 2>&1\necho \"EXIT:$?\" && cat \"$CODEX_OUT\" && rm -f \"$CODEX_OUT\"\n```\n\n回应内容格式：\n\n```\n我已根据你的反馈修改了计划。\n\n已采纳并修改：\n- {质疑}: {做了什么修改}\n- ...\n\n未采纳及理由：\n- {质疑}: {为什么不采纳}\n- ...\n\n<updated-plan>\n{更新后的完整计划内容}\n</updated-plan>\n\n请继续审查更新后的计划。如果没有新的问题，回复 \"LGTM\"。\n```\n\n等待结果后回到 **4a**。\n\n### 5. 终止条件\n\n满足以下任一条件时终止循环：\n\n- Codex 回复包含 **\"LGTM\"**（明确表示满意）\n- Codex **未提出新的质疑**（全部是之前已回应过的重复内容）\n- **连续 2 轮所有质疑均被驳回**（双方分歧无法调和，记录分歧点）\n\n### 6. 过度设计检查\n\n循环终止后、输出最终结果前，对计划进行一次**过度设计审查**。逐项检查以下维度：\n\n| 维度 | 问题 |\n|------|------|\n| 不必要的抽象 | 是否为只用一次的逻辑创建了接口、基类或工厂？ |\n| 过早泛化 | 是否为\"将来可能需要\"的场景做了设计？当前需求是否真的需要这个灵活性？ |\n| 过度分层 | 层数是否超过问题本身的复杂度？能否合并层次而不损失清晰度？ |\n| 冗余配置 | 是否引入了硬编码就够用的配置项或 feature flag？ |\n| 重型依赖 | 是否引入了\"大炮打蚊子\"式的框架或工具？有没有更轻量的替代？ |\n| 规模不匹配 | 方案的复杂度是否与实际用户量/数据量/团队规模匹配？ |\n\n**判定规则**：\n- 如果发现过度设计项，直接在 `$PLAN_FILE` 中精简，并在最终输出中标注修改原因\n- 每条精简必须说明\"去掉了什么\"以及\"为什么不需要\"\n- 核心原则：**最小可行方案优先** —— 用最少的复杂度满足当前明确的需求\n\n### 7. 最终输出\n\n终止时向用户输出**浅显易懂**的最终摘要。要求：\n- **避免术语堆砌**：假设读者不了解所有技术细节，用一句话解释每个关键决策的\"为什么\"\n- **结论前置**：先说结论（这个计划要做什么、怎么做），再说过程\n- **用类比或例子**让复杂概念易于理解\n\n输出格式：\n\n```\n--- 讨论完成 ---\n\n## 一句话总结\n{用一句非技术语言概括这个计划要解决什么问题、怎么解决}\n\n## 关键决策（用大白话说）\n1. {决策}：{为什么这样做，而不是那样做 —— 一句话}\n2. ...\n\n## 讨论过程\n- 总轮次：N\n- 采纳的核心修改：\n  -
