Shiv?? Kendall??? **No one to call.**\"）。全部幕位都是推断。\n> 先写出每集的 2–7 个剧情日，在每个日里找一次权力转移，那就是你的幕。一集不超过七个日（S2E2 的 day one–seven 是上限）。\n\n**S2 容器集与仪式节拍表**。把全集压进一个**带固定程序的公共场合**，程序节点替代 act break。四种用法：**打钟点字幕**、**用仪轨当调度表**、**用外部事件当幕间字幕**、**先把主位空出来**（S3E9 婚礼 Logan 不来，**仪式变成一场搜寻**）。另：**座次就是关系图**。四季 21 个容器的完整谱、四种用法的样本与座次证据见 reference.md 第二节 S2。\n> 先列出既定环节（到场、礼物、祝酒、致辞、第一支舞、烟花），每个环节塞一次冲突。仪式的秩序越强，暗线的违规感越强，所以阴谋只能靠走廊搭话、掌心里的东西、厕所、停车场推进。\n\n**S3 压力舱＋切断通讯**。把所有人关进一栋楼，**再附带一个物理的信息限制**（S1E8 仓库派对的手机收缴袋：\"Okay, boys, we're pouching.\"）。先限制信息流通，再让信息靠身体移动。进阶版 S3E7：要求交手机，**全员拒绝**——拒绝本身就是表态。七个实例见 reference.md 第二节 S3。\n> 约束制造的不是困难，是\"谁能改规则\"的展示。\n\n**S4 每集一个核心问题，并在本集内回答**。句式固定为\"今天 X 能不能 Y\"，答案在本集结尾给出（S2 十集的问题清单见 reference.md 第二节 S4）。\n> 跨集悬念由新的权力格局承担，不由未回答的问题承担。\n\n**S5 季终减场加长**。S3E9 只有 24 场（同季 E5 有 60 场），四根长柱子：一场谈判、一个仪式、一场密谈、一场对峙。\n> 把季终压成 3–5 根长柱子。如果季终场景数高于本季平均值，你大概在写\"事件清单\"而不是\"结算\"。\n\n**S6 季形对称**。S1E1 Kendall 以 140 美元/股拿下 Vaulter，同时父亲倒下、王位蒸发；S1E10 他用**同一个 140** 去买父亲的公司，同时自己倒下、父亲复位。台词版与音乐版见 reference.md 第二节 S6。\n> 给一季找一个可重复的量（一个价格、一句话、一首曲子），首尾各用一次，中间不解释。\n\n**S7 主角缺席的高潮**。S1E6 不信任投票：发起人堵在路上，用 Polycom 远程发言，悬念从\"票数\"变成\"他能不能赶到\"。**缺席是最强的悬念维持手段**，极限形态是 S4E03——主角**死在画外**。四个版本见 reference.md 第二节 S7。\n\n> ⚠️ **两个前提，缺一条这个装置就变成缺陷**，而且 `sw-chinese-series-practice` 的诊断清单第 5 条（\"主角在场且有足够戏份\"）会直接判它不合格——两条都对，区别在前提：\n> 1. **缺席者必须仍在施加意志**（Polycom 远程发言、电话、通报、一张他定下的规矩），并且**这一集是关于他的缺席的**。缺席期间只\"不说话\"的，不是装置，是漏洞。\n> 2. **在场感要有存量**。Succession 的缺席都发生在观众已经跟了几十集之后；一部只播了三集的剧，主角的在场感还不足以靠一个空位维持。**前期慎用。**\n> 诊断时真正该问的不是\"在不在场\"，而是\"**缺席期间有没有产生动作**\"。\n> 把高潮的发起人从现场移走。悬念就从\"结果如何\"变成\"他能不能赶到／会不会被发现／他们信不信\"。\n\n**S8 外部钟点夹缝里的决定**。S4E08 把幕（推断）交给公共事件的钟表，人物只能在两次 call 之间做决定。三个样本见 reference.md 第二节 S8。\n> 先定下外部钟点（开票 call、仪式程序、董事会点名、报道上线时间），人物的选择填在缝隙里——抉择于是看起来是被时间逼出来的。\n\n**S9 伏笔调光**。S3E3 剪掉了 Tom 说\"Divorce\"的直白台词，理由是它\"cast too heavy a shadow over subsequent events\"，只留律师名字 **Rex Hendon** 给细心观众，到 S3E9 才兑现。反向例子见 reference.md 第二节 S9。\n> 删掉直白台词，只留一个名字、一个习惯、一个不一致。攻击不必指向要害——让对手在一件无关小事上露出不一致，再交给第三方去引爆。\n\n**S10 被剪戏迁移**。**被剪的戏不要丢，换一个\"静息心率\"更低的位置。** S2E10 牌桌的\"We knew\"争论挪到 S3E2 卧室，脚注说在那里\"more germane and sprung-in\"——**同一段戏的价值取决于它前面有没有足够的压力**。三个案例见 reference.md 第二节 S10。\n> 一场戏被剪时记下它是\"不对位置\"还是\"不对\"；前者等结构缝隙，后者才丢。\n\n**S11 同一场合互相污染**。S4E07–E09 全用此法：把交易线与婚姻线塞进同一个派对、走廊、葬礼，让一条线的胜利自动成为另一条线的败因——**善意被结构改写成筹码，剧本一句都没点明**。最干净的例子（Shiv 让 Tom 回家睡觉→Tom 缺席葬礼→Matsson 读成加分）见 reference.md 第二节 S11。\n\n**S12 技术故障延迟动作**。S1E10 的\"投递收购信\"本是一句话的动作，被三个小障碍撑成一整段悬念；同类见 reference.md 第二节 S12（\"I am down to my last fucking touchscreen!\"）。\n> 荒诞道具让宏大决定显得像办公室事故——这是这部剧处理权力的基本语气。\n\n---\n\n## 三、人物层的可复用模式\n\n**C1 七个 want 进一个房间**。群像剧不需要额外设计冲突，只需把七个人当集的小 want 放进同一个房间并让它们互相阻挡（S1 恒定层的七条 want 见 reference.md 第三节 C1）。\n> 写完检查：哪两个人的 want 这一集不相撞？那条线就是填充物。\n\n**C2 羞辱向下传导**。每接收一次羞辱的人，必须在下一场把它转交给更弱的人。S1E8 整集是一条链（Logan→Roman→Tom→Greg，全文见 reference.md 第三节 C2）；S2E3 的 Boar on the Floor 是这条链的仪式化版本。\n> 这条规则会自动生成场次。写不出下一场时，问\"刚才谁被羞辱了，他身边最弱的人是谁\"。\n\n**C3 家族往事三版本**。S1E8 的 Dog Pound：同一段童年三个版本（当事人控诉／兄弟全盘否认／第三人给出第三版）。第三人随后无意泄露父亲的驯犬理论，Kendall 听完\"thinks, makes a calculation. And exits.\"，从卖股份改为发起杠杆收购。三个版本全文见 reference.md 第三节 C3。\n> 让第三人无意说出的那个版本成为转折的扳机，而不是主题注解。记忆的不可靠性是转折的驱动器。\n\n**C4 每季送回一个让他变小的地方**。S2E7《Return》整集是这条规则的展开；S2E8 加强版：Logan 回到 Dundee 的故居**不下车**——\"Nah. I can see it. I can see it.\"（全员清单见 reference.md 第三节 C4）\n> 每人每季至少一次。最狠的写法是让他到了门口不进去。\n\n**C5 继承者＝最可替换的人**。S4 的胜者是 Tom：孩子们缺乏 application，更关键是**他们到场的时机不对**。主题由两处台词承担，**都不是 Tom 自己说的**——S4E10 Matsson 给职位时说\"I don't need a partner, I need a **frontman**… a **pain sponge**\"。前言原文与 Shiv 的评语见 reference.md 第三节 C5。\n> 如果主题是\"帝国已不属于家族\"，最后上位的必须是无议程、高痛阈、可随时换掉的人；任命理由要由敌人或最鄙视他的人亲口说出。\n\n**C6 反对者比主角更有逻辑，且理由各异**。S3E9 决战的核心不是父亲，是三个旧臣的拒援三连，一个比一个私人（受托责任／钱／积怨）；最后一击写成舞台指示\"leaning in so only Roman can hear\"。三段台词与同类样本见 reference.md 第三节 C6。\n> 没有一条理由是\"反派就是坏\"。把最后一击缩成只有一个人能听见的私语。\n\n**C7 镜像人物与外部裁判**。四种装置：**镜像家族**（S2E5 的 Pierce 家——对面的秩序越齐整，Roy 家的沉默越响）；**镜像失能**（S3E5 并置两个被代言的老人）；**外部裁判**（Josh、Mencken、Matsson，功能是**逼主角把平时不会说出口的话说出来**，再让台词真伪悬置）；**最弱的人点破游戏逻辑**（Greg、Willa、Kira）——**笑点即主题**。四类样本与引文见 reference.md 第三节 C7。\n\n**C8 身体衰退作隐藏计时器**。S3 的母题：从弯腰捡手机到 UTI 谵妄到给孙子读讲死亡的童书。S1 版本：Logan 在地板胶带方框里练走路，\"Walking's not good. It's fucking **normal**.\"（刻度清单见 reference.md 第三节 C8）\n> 把\"时间不够了\"写成身体细节，不写成台词。一季三到四次，每次比上一次具体。\n\n---\n\n## 四、对白与舞台指示层\n\n十三条模式的完整引文与范例见 reference.md 第四节。\n\n**D1 舞台指示写潜台词与\"maybe\"**。把真实意图写成一句提示，再让台词说反话：\"True? Or passive-aggressive? Kendall sort of wants his dad to tell him what to do, but doesn't want to ask for direction.\"（S1E1）。还要会用不二选一的定性、用疑问句写内心、保留 maybe（Prebble：\"Now I always keep the maybes in.\"）。\n> 不要写定表情，写人物的心理疑问句；保留 maybe；用方括号写被打断未说出口的后半句。你在页面上留的缝，就是现场能给你的东西。\n\n**D2 反转用一个单词**。S2E10 季终：Kendall 在发布会上先**完整背完**顺从版本，然后只说一个词：**\"But.\"**\n> 前面必须让他把顺从版本一字不落地说完，屋里的人和观众才会真的以为他认了。\n\n**D3 扣机必须是前面建立过的词**。S2E10 的扳机是 **NRPI**（\"No Real Person Involved\"）：S2E9 它是公司内部文件术语，S2E10 在父亲舱室里变成安慰儿子的词——父亲以为在赦免，实际是把儿子归入\"不是真人\"的一类，**赦免与侮辱是同一句话**。\n> 扣机必须是前面建立过的一个词，并在两次使用之间换一次说话人的意图。\n\n**D4 喜剧伏笔当证据回收**。\"Mo Lester\"在 S2 前几集是内部玩笑，S2E9 听证会上由议员逐字重读就成了指控；被告越想用\"玩笑\"脱身，越证明体系性默许。\n> 每写一个玩笑，想一遍\"它在法庭上怎么念\"。反派最强的武器是一个旧玩笑。\n\n**D5 权力格言给配角**。每集至少一句可被引用的格言，优先给配角，主角负责不听（Frank\"You are what you do.\"）。\n> 史诗感由角色承担，成本由台词拆穿。让一个局外人把你的家族史诗翻译成每股多几分钱。\n\n**D6 四种否认即四份小传**。S2E10 被剪的牌桌戏不写成供认而写成四种否认，最后 Shiv 的\"I did not know what I was laughing about\"是全季最精确的人物定义。\n> 群像的共谋写成几种不同的否认方式——四个人的否认方式就是四份人物小传。\n\n**D7 让主角成功地撒谎**。S1E9 Tom 问\"Are you fucking around on me?\"，赌点写在舞台指示里：\"If she looks away, he'll know. But she doesn't.\"。她撒谎成功，于是 Tom 主动把邮轮丑闻的全部细节交给她。\n> 撒谎成功比被当场抓住更能推动情节——谎言会变成下一集的债。\n\n**D8 有礼貌的问句做转折**。S3E9 全季最大的转折（Matsson 提出收购）写成一个给对方留退路的问句，Logan 回\"You're not fucking serious.\"\n> 重大转折写成一个给对方留退路的问句。对方的\"你不是认真的吧\"替你承担全部震惊。\n\n**D9 让对手说出主角的内心独白**。同场下一句，Matsson 替 Kendall 说出他的内心独白——省掉一整场自省戏，同时为新对手建立智力等级。\n\n**D10 喜剧承载悲剧**。Frank Rich 的原理：\"drama or comedy\"是伪问题；\"The show is a human comedy, not a satire\"——**你先和他们一起笑，然后就会和他们一起哭**。三种执行：(a) 最黑的坦白用家族内部的玩笑来接（S3E9 剧本自注\"It is so dark that it is kind of funny\"）；(b) 把不可辩论的大议题降级成可辩论的小议题；(c) 用喜剧完成哀悼。\n\n**D11 争吵升级到最脆弱处**。S4E07 阳台夫妻大战每一句都更接近对方最脆弱处，落在\"you are maybe not a good person to have children.\"——而观众知道 Shiv 怀孕、Tom 不知道。\n> 让观众持有一条当事人不知道的信息，使最狠的一句同时有两层伤害；反应交给演员。\n\n**D12 省略即主题**。S4E09 两个旧臣谈完 Logan 后对视——**\"Right?\" \"Right.\"**\n> 让全剧最重的道德信息停在省略号里。被省略的台词即主题。\n\n**D13 关系没有新台词时改写成身体动作**。S4E10 Kendall 拥抱 Roman 时把缝线碾开（\"the stitches tear a little, blood seeps\"）；全剧最后一段 Tom 伸出掌心，\"**no squeeze.
