17%。\n说话人站的时刻：混合 33%、此刻 30%、无时间点 18%、回望过去 16%、预想未来 3%。粤语第一人称 81%（n=36）。说唱（n=100）第一人称 86%、此刻 40%。\n所以\"我对你说、站在此刻\"是华语的底色，换人称与回望都是有意为之的少数选择，本节讲的就是什么时候值得。\n\n### 1.1 三种声音\n\n★ **和小说、戏剧、诗歌是同一套三种声音**：第一人称、第二人称、第三人称\n（Davis《Craft of Lyric Writing》p0097）。\n\n| 人称 | 声音是谁 | 距离感 | 代价 |\n|---|---|---|---|\n| **第一人称** I / we，对单数 you 说话，焦点在 I | 说话人自己 | ★ **最近**——最亲密、最能引发听众认同，多数流行词用它（p0097） | ★ **歌手必须\"成为\"这个我**（§1.2） |\n| **第二人称** you | 对被唱的人说 | 中——主要用于**给建议、鼓励、恳求**（p0099） | 要立住 singer–singee 的关系（§1.3） |\n| **第三人称** he / she / they，也含集体或社论式的 we | 讲故事者或社会评论员（p0101） | ★ **最远** | 歌手只是**旁观者**，不是角色本人（p0101） |\n\n**自检动作（Davis 的原话就是一条操作）**：\n> ★ **把同一个想法用三种视角各测一遍，选能写出最有效那一首的那个。**\n> （《Craft of Lyric Writing》p0109）\n\n**这条不是形式主义**：Davis 给了一个学生例子，原稿是旁观者口气\n「…he's a weekend father.」，改成第一人称「I'm a weekend father…」冲击力立刻翻倍（p0097）。\n反过来，\"Johnny Can't Read\"、\"Jack and Diane\" 这类题材从观察者视角最好（p0097）。\n\n### 1.2 第一人称的代价：歌手要成为这个\"我\"\n\nDavis 建议把这句话贴在案头：\n\n> 「Each lyric I write asks professional performers to sing my ideas to the world as if they were their own.」\n> （我写的每一句词，都是在要求职业歌手把我的想法当成他自己的话唱给世界听。）\n> ——《Craft of Lyric Writing》p0098\n\n由此来的三条门槛，Davis 叫它 **\"kinky I\"（怪癖的我）警告**（p0097）：\n用第一人称之前先确认——\n\n1. 这个想法体现的是**普遍情感**，不是你一个人的怪癖；\n2. 故事关于一个**听众能辨认的角色**；\n3. ★ **这个歌手是讨人喜欢的（likable）**。\n\n**失效条件**：三条里有一条不成立，就换第三人称——\n让歌手当观察者，而不是和一个不讨喜的角色融为一体（p0098）。\nDavis 举的正面例子是 \"In the Ghetto\"：听众被要求认同的是一个**像摄像机一样观察**的叙述者，\n而不是抱怨的受害者或愤怒的加害者（p0281）；\n\"She Works Hard for the Money\" 若改成第一人称，听众反而会因为\"听一个女人抱怨自己的苦\"而反感（p0101）。\n\n★ 相关的一条通则：**永远让歌手处于有利的位置**（\"Always put your singer in an attractive light\"，p0121）——\n避免让他听起来自私、以自我为中心、意志薄弱。\nDavis 引 Tina Turner：「When you sing the words to a song, you become that story.」\n——**歌手与歌词合为一体**（p0121）。\n\n**关于愤怒**（p0280）：\n- 听众更容易认同**温和的负面情绪**：孤独、悔恨、渴望、困惑、焦虑、不满、绝望；\n- ★ **指向某个特定个人的愤怒**（而不是指向社会弊病的）是很差的题材候选；\n- 录成品里那些\"愤怒口气\"的歌，多半是**创作者本人就是演唱者**；\n  非表演型的词作者写愤怒，等于要另一个人替你去骂人（p0100）。\n- **失效条件**：愤怒指向的是经济或社会的不公（如 \"Take This Job and Shove It\" 一类），\n  比指责某个人的缺陷更容易被接受（p0100）。\n\n⚠ **讽刺（sarcasm）要格外小心**：讽刺靠语调（vocal inflection）才成立，\n**孤立的讽刺性歌词唱出来往往听不出来**——\"说一套指一套\"在歌词里几乎做不到（p0281）。\n\n### 1.3 第二人称：\"你\"到底指谁\n\n**先定义**：Davis 把被唱给／被唱到的那个人叫 **singee**（p0100）。\n写第二人称的词，**必须立住 singer–singee 的关系**（p0100）：\n\n| 关系 | 例 | 语气 |\n|---|---|---|\n| 朋友在给忠告 | \"Desperado\" | 劝 |\n| 前恋人在数落 | \"You're So Vain\" | ★ 斥（比劝更狠的那一档） |\n\n**\"你\"分两种**（p0099）：\n\n| 类型 | 说明 | 风险 |\n|---|---|---|\n| **特定的 you** | 一个具体的人 | 被\"过度具体化\"（§1.4） |\n| **集体的 you**（非特定） | 励志、哲理、福音类常用 | ★ **意义必须既清晰又普遍**（p0099） |\n\n★★ **集体 you 的致命结构**：\n歌词等于在对全世界说\"家对你来说就是这个意思，对吧？\"——\n**听众完全可以回答\"不，不是\"**（p0100）。\nDavis 的例子就是 \"home\" 这种定义摇摆的词：它既可以是童年的老屋，也可以是刚搬进的新房，\n**作者的个人真理不自动等于普遍真理**（p0100）。\n\n**自检动作**：把你那句面向集体 you 的断言念出来，在后面加一句\"对吧？\"。\n**只要能想象出有人回答\"不对\"，这句就还不能用第二人称说。**\n\n#### 1.3b ★ 两个\"你\"打架\n\n**这条是 Davis《Successful Lyric Writing》补的，《Craft》里没有：\n口语里那个泛指的\"你\"，会在耳朵里跟指向 singee 的那个\"你\"撞车。**\n\n> 「Remember, the ear can't hear the implied quotation marks.」\n> （记住，耳朵听不见隐含的引号。）——《Successful》p0065\n\nDavis 的例子：前几行明明在对一个具体的爱人说话，\n第四行引了句俗语「what you don't know can't hurt you」——\n这里的\"你\"突然变成泛指，**听众的预期落空，出现一瞬间的迷糊**（p0065）。\n\n**规则**：「无论你挑了哪个 you，就守住它。别让另一个 you 闯进来。」（p0064）\n\n**自检动作**：把词里所有的\"你\"圈出来，逐个问**这个\"你\"是谁**。\n★ 出现两种答案就要改。\n**中文这条尤其危险**——汉语里\"你\"常被当成泛指的\"人\"用\n（\"到了那个岁数你就……\"）。**这种\"你\"必须清出去，或者换成别的说法。**\n\n#### 1.3c 对着集体 you 说教\n\n⚠ **不要对集体 you 讲道理**——听众想被娱乐，不想被布道（《Successful》p0065）。\n\n★ **非要传达一个看法的话，改用第二人称单数**：\n让歌手对一个具体的 singee 说，\n**听众于是变成\"偷听到这条建议\"的人，而不是被训话的人**（p0066）。\n\n### 1.4 过度具体化（overparticularizing）\n\n★ **这是\"具体\"的反面失效条件**——具体名词越多越好，但**人物和情境可以具体过头**。\n\n| 被过度具体化的对象 | 症状 | 出处 |\n|---|---|---|\n| **情境** | 角色和处境太不寻常（例：朋友鼓励一个落选的女演员），听众无法代入 | p0118 |\n| **singee** | 听众搞不清歌手在抱怨谁 | p0119 |\n| **歌手** | 只剩怪癖，听起来\"不太聪明\"，没有普世真理 | p0120 |\n\n★ **一个例外，而且很关键**：\n\"You're So Vain\" 同样是在数落一个极具体的人，但它成立，\n**因为词曲作者与演唱者是同一个人**（自传体，有自传的自由度）；\n非表演型词作者没有这个豁免（p0119–p0120）。\n\n**自检动作**：把标题和所有专有名词去掉，让一个不知情的人读——\n**他能说出这首歌在讲哪一件具体的事吗？**（这条与 `lw-ai-tell-audit` 共用。）\n\n#### 1.4b 第三人称的两条活路\n\n★ **《Successful Lyric Writing》把成功的第三人称歌分成两类**（p0066–p0067）：\n\n| 类 | 叙述者的位置 | 例 |\n|---|---|---|\n| **非人称的摄像机眼** | 站在事件与角色之外，像现场的新闻评论员（小说里叫第三人称全知） | \"Eleanor Rigby\"、\"Johnny Can't Read\" |\n| **有 singer–singee 连接的故事** | 叙述者与被叙述的人有关系 | 见下 |\n\n★ **摄像机眼那一类通常用现在时**——现在时在暗示：\n**镜头里这件事是一个不断重复、有社会意义的模式**，不是某一次偶发（p0066）。\n\n★★ **给特写镜头的硬条件**（p0067）：\n\n> **初学者最常犯的错，是把镜头对准一个我们认不出的怪人，\n> 而不是造一个有共同特征的原型（archetype）。**\n\n两条出路，**必居其一**：\n1. **这个特写里有一条普遍真理**；\n2. **或者，立住 singer–singee 的连接**——\n   ★ Davis 的例子：那个酗酒的女人如果是**歌手的母亲、妻子或女儿**，\n   我们就能从中得出关于人性的结论；**否则这首词撑不住听众的兴趣**（p0067）。\n\n**自检动作**：用第三人称写完一段后问一句——\n**\"这个人跟唱歌的人是什么关系？\"** 答不出来，就回去补第 1 条或第 2 条。\n\n### 1.5 ★ 人称混用：本节最硬的一条\n\n> **保持视角一致是写作的基本原则。**\n> 开头是第三人称、中途突然变第二人称，听众会困惑。（《Craft of Lyric Writing》p0101）\n\nDavis 的反面例子 \"Love You or Leave You\"：\n主歌是第三人称（\"He sips a glass of brandy…\"），副歌突然变成第二人称（\"Should she love **you** or leave **you**\"）——\n★ **这种突变直接让整首词不可用（unusable）**（p0102）。\n\n**两条出路**（p0102）：\n1. 保留主歌，把标题改成第三人称（\"Should She Love Him or Leave Him\"）——\n   ★ **但这会带出一个新问题：歌手跟这对夫妻是什么关系？**\n   没关系的话，歌手就只能是一个客观的社会观察者（\"Eleanor Rigby\" 那种位置）。\n2. **更好的选择：整首改成第一人称。**\n\n★★ **诊断**：Davis 认为**混合代词问题通常是作者矛盾心理的产物**——\n既强烈想写这个情感题材，**又想否认它是自传**（p0102）。\n**自检动作**：发现自己在人称之间摇摆时，先问\"我是不是在躲这首歌的自传性\"，\n而不是先去改代词。\n\n另一个同类症状（p0304–p0306）：一首初稿前四段用 \"her / she\"、最后一段变成 \"your / you're\"，\n结果是**焦点涣散、没有冲击力**；二稿的修法是**把 \"her\" 整个扔掉，全程只用 \"you\"**，\n故事因此被简化、焦点被统一。\n\n### 1.6 人称可以变的四种情况\n\n★ **一致性是原则，不是禁令。** Davis 自己列了例外（p0102–p0103）：\n\n| # | 允许的变法 p0102–p0103 |\n| **3** | **人称变化本身就是那个洞察**：Goldie 回答\"Do You Love Me?\"，最后变成\"Do I love him?\" | 转换让听众**看进角色内部**，不是笔误 | p0103 |\n| **4** | **戏剧情境兜底**：Sondheim 的 \"Lesson #8\" 用第三人称代替第一人称，从语法书的例句慢慢过渡到唱自己 | ★ **剧场里成立，因为观众知道是谁在唱**——流行歌没有这个条件 | p0103 |\n\n★★ **第 2 条可以直接当判据用**：\n**人称要换，换在段落边界；句子中间换人称基本上都是事故。**\n\n**桥段是最常用的换人称位置**（p0075）——\nDavis 把\"改变代词\"列为桥段发展的第一号手法，理由是避免整首被同一个代词统治：\n- \"Girl from Ipanema\"：主歌全是 *she*，桥段第一次出现 *I*，情绪由此释放；\n- \"Send in the Clowns\"：前两个 A 段用较不个人的 *we* 与 *one*，**桥段第一次出现亲密的 *I***。\n\n→ 桥段该放什么归 `lw-structure`；**换人称这个动作的判据在这里。**\n\n### 1.7 复数第一人称：当心\"读心术\"\n\n> ★ **用 we 的时候，不要替对方断言\"我们都这么觉得／都记得\"。**（p0098）\n\nDavis 管这叫 **mindreading（读心）**，症状是显得合成、没有真情——\n**现实里没有人会那样假设。**\n\n| ❌ 读心 | ✅ 只为自己说话 |\n|---|---|\n| we will remember… | ★ 「I will remember till the day I die that **we were lovers**」（\"And We Were Lovers\" 之所以动人，就在这里，p0098） |\n| 我们都还没走出来 | 你一直那样，所以我一直这样，而我们哪儿也没去成 |\n\n★ Davis 给分手歌的处方（p0098）：与其用 \"we're\" 替两颗心代言，\n不如说「you've been doing that, so I've been acting like this, and we're not getting anywhere」。\n\n★★ **we 真正有用的时候，是用来显示两个人的不同，而不是相同**——\n不要把两个角色写成彼此的克隆；\n\"You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'\" 长红二十多年，因为它真实而且**单数**：\n**是一个人在观察另一个人的变化**（p0098）。\n同一原则的反面趣味：Alan Jay Lerner 的 \"I Remember It Well\"——\n两个人回忆同一个晚上，**记得的完全不是一回事**（p0098）。\n\n**失效条件（明确的豁免）**：\n\"我们的爱会一直在\"这一类（\"Endless Love\"、\"We've Only Just Begun\"）**不受读心警告约束**，\n因为歌手是在像婚礼誓言一样**向前承诺**，那不是读心（p0098）。\n\n**二重唱另算**（p0098–p0099）：\n- **和谐型**（两人态度一致）：可以齐唱、可以和声、可以互换歌词，一个人唱也成立；\n- ★ **冲突型**（两人处在对立的情感极点，一方想改变另一方）：\n  这是**唱出来的对话**，有时近乎争吵，声部常以对位旋律重叠，**只能两个人唱**。\n\n### 1.8 选性别\n\n- 一首男声女声都能可信地唱的词，**拿到录音的机会翻倍**（p0103）。\n- **失效条件**：如果这个想法本来就需要某个性别的声音才成立，**就按那个写**，\n  ★ **不要为了商业考虑去阉割独特的歌词概念**（p0104）。\n- 能容纳 him/her 互换、且换了不伤害特质的，就改（p0104）；\n  有时微小改动就能跨性别翻唱——\"Memory\" 把 \"I was beautiful then\" 换成 \"life was beautiful then\"（p0104）。\n- 最理想：设计成**潜在的二重唱**，同时也能由男声或女声单独唱（p0104）。\n\n### 1.9 ★ \"声音\"：在想，还是在说\n\n**这是《Successful Lyric Writing》多出来的一个轴。**\n《Craft》只写到\"要分清内心独白与对话\"（p0127 一节：内心独白是角色内心思想的流动，\n对话是对特定 singee 说的话；**关键在于你决定要写哪一种**）；\n**《Successful》把它抬成了与视角并列的一项。**\n\n那本书把开工前的四个决定合称 the Whole Thing Off\"）；\n3. 在心里对**不在场**的人／地方／东西说（\"Take Me Home, Country Roads\"）；\n4. ★ **对方在场，但歌手是在心里想**——**这两件事都得让听众看清**。\n\n#### 想／说混淆：本节抓得最狠的一个病\n\n（《Successful》p0068–p0071）\n\n| 例 | 症状 lyric is thereby rendered unbelievable as a conversation.」\n> （这样一来，这首词当成对话就不可信了。）**（p0071）\n\n★ **两条可操作的准则**：\n\n| 要写的 | 怎么写 |\n|---|---|\n| **说话型**（要建议、恳求、或要 singee 去做一件具体的事） | ★ **singee 必须在场**，而且**每一行都要口语**（p0072）；★★ 选了说话型就等于把两个人放进一个场景，**你必须决定他们在哪**（p0072） |\n| **思考型** | ★ **不能直接提要求**：把「I wish you'd wake…」改成「If only you'd reach out…」（p0073）；想再推远，还可以换第三人称「If only he'd wake up…」 |\n\n⚠ **词里中途从\"想\"切到\"说\"（或反过来）几乎做不到**（p0072）——光靠文字分不出来。\n**失效条件**：如果制作上能用声音手段把这个切换做给耳朵听\n（混响、另一个声部、滤波、假声——\"Sniper\" 就是用这些做出多角色与闪回的），那它才成立（p0072）。\n\n★ **允许两解的情况**：词里没明说 singee 在场、措辞又完全口语，\n\"在说\"和\"在想\"两种听法就都成立——\"You Don't Bring Me Flowers\" 即是（p0072）。\n★ **这是可用的模糊，但它必须是你选的，不是漏的。**\n\n★ **选表里哪一格，依据在 `lw-song-intent` §1.2**：\n态度型与情境型主要用一、二人称，强调 I 与 you；第三人称特征性地用于故事歌（p0061）。\n第一人称词都是\"想\"；第三人称本质是故事歌，讲给看不见的观众，也是\"想\"；\n只有第二人称给出\"说\"与\"想\"两种选择（p0069）。\n**情境型尤其要锁定声音**，不锁定词会糊（p0069）。表在这里，先看 `plot_type` 再来选。\n\n### 1.10 分裂视角：只有一个安全的接口\n\n**两本书在这里说的是同一件事，值得并排看：**\n\n| 出处 | 说法 |\n|---|---|\n| 《Craft of Lyric Writing》p0102–p0103 | \"Goodnight Saigon\" 的突破有效，**因为它出现在段落开头，不是句子中间** |\n| 《Successful》p0067 | **视角要换，最好换在主歌或副歌的顶端**，不要在段落内部；**而且必须明确做给耳朵听** |\n\n★★ **合起来就是一条判据：人称／视角的接口在段落边界上；段落内部换视角，基本都是事故。**\n\n《Successful》补的两点（p0067–p0068）：\n- **分裂视角本来就不常见**，分裂的第二人称、分裂的第一／第三人称尤其少；\n- 成立的例子：\"Evening Star\"
