The goal: a new user should never stare at a blank screen wondering what to do.\n\n## The Problem This Solves\n\nYou've built the features. They work. But when a new user logs in for the first time, they see:\n- Empty tables with column headers and nothing else\n- Sidebars full of labels that mean nothing to them yet\n- No indication of where to start or what the app is for\n- Features they don't know exist because nothing points to them\n\nThis skill finds those gaps and produces the content and code to fill them.\n\n## Browser Tool Detection\n\nSame as ux-audit — detect Chrome MCP, Playwright MCP, or playwright-cli. See ux-audit's browser-tools.md reference if needed.\n\n## URL Resolution\n\nSame as ux-audit — prefer deployed/live URL over localhost. Check wrangler.jsonc, CLAUDE.md, or running dev server.\n\n## Workflow\n\n### Phase 1: Audit — Find the Gaps\n\nBrowse the app as a brand new user. On every page, evaluate:\n\n#### Empty States\nNavigate to every list/table/collection page. For each:\n\n| Check | Good | Bad |\n|-------|------|-----|\n| What does a zero-data page show? | \"No clients yet. Or just the raw app? |\n\n#### Feature Discoverability\nFor each feature in the app:\n\n| Check | What to look for |\n|-------|-----------------|\n| **Can I find it?** | Is it visible in the nav, or buried in a menu/submenu? |\n| **Do I know what it does?** | Does the label explain it, or do I need to click to find out? |\n| **Keyboard shortcuts** | Are there shortcuts? Are they discoverable (tooltip, help panel)? |\n| **Advanced features** | Filters, bulk actions, search — are these visible or hidden? |\n| **Settings and configuration** | Can I find the settings? Seed Data That Teaches\n\nGenerate sample records that demonstrate the app's features:\n\n- A sample client with realistic data (not \"Test Client\")\n- A sample record in each state (draft, active, completed, archived)\n- Records that show relationships (client → contact → policy → email)\n\nUse the `db-seed` skill patterns but with **onboarding-quality data** — records that teach the user what good data looks like.\n\n#### 7.
