If the surface is live, inspect desktop and mobile when possible.\n\nCapture:\n\n- Visitor source and intent.\n- Main promise above the fold.\n- CTA text, count, and location.\n- Form or checkout effort.\n- Proof and trust elements.\n- Objections addressed or ignored.\n- Visual hierarchy and reading order.\n- Mobile readability and tap targets.\n- Load or rendering issues that affect the decision.\n\n## Analyze Friction\n\nClassify each issue:\n\n- **Message friction:** reader cannot tell what it is, who it is for, or why it matters.\n- **Trust friction:** claim is bigger than proof.\n- **Choice friction:** too many actions or unclear next step.\n- **Effort friction:** form, onboarding, or checkout asks too much too early.\n- **Timing friction:** the ask appears before the reader has enough confidence.\n- **Mismatch friction:** page does not match the traffic promise.\n- **Technical friction:** speed, layout, accessibility, broken states.\n\n## Follow The Visitor Decision\n\nMap the page as a decision path:\n\n- Seeing: does the visitor immediately know what this is?\n- Believing: does the promise match their intent and feel specific?\n- Trusting: is the proof strong enough for the ask?\n- Acting: is the next step obvious, low-friction, and appropriately timed?\n\nFor each fix, note whether it is reversible. Prefer reversible copy, layout, and proof changes before deep product or pricing changes unless the evidence is strong.\n\n## Recommend Changes\n\nPrioritize by likely impact and effort. Include concrete replacement copy or layout changes when useful.\n\nAvoid pretending all pages need the same pattern.
