Скилл ведёт по 6 фазам: собрать контекст → изучить рынок\n→ написать вакансию → собрать гайд собеседования → собрать оффер → (по желанию)\nотправить на подпись через ЭДО.\n\n**Пример триггера:**\n> «Мы ищем менеджера по продукту. Собери вакансию и вопросы для собеседования».\n\n---\n\n## Рабочий процесс\n\n1. **Собрать контекст роли** — спросите название должности, обязанности, требования,\n   локацию, зарплату, формат оформления (трудовой договор по ТК / ГПХ / самозанятый),\n   этапы собеседования и способ отправки оффера (Word-файл или ЭДО). Владелец должен проверить и подтвердить перед отправкой.\n- **Никогда не отправляйте резервное письмо без подтверждения.** Если браузерный\n  поток ЭДО сбоит, соберите резервное письмо и покажите владельцу перед отправкой.\n- **Никогда не публикуйте вакансию.** Выдавайте только .docx. Размещение на hh.ru,\n  Авито Работа или VK Работа — задача владельца.\n\nФаза 6 не идёт дальше «Сохранить как черновик» без явного подтверждения владельца,\nчто он проверил черновик и хочет отправить.\n\n---\n\n## Фаза 1 — Понять роль\n\nПеред исследованием и письмом соберите достаточно контекста. Спросите владельца\n(в разговоре или через AskUserQuestion):\n\n- **Название должности** — точное название, как разместить\n- **Команда / функция** — кому подчиняется и с кем работает\n- **Ключевые обязанности** — 3–5 вещей, которые человек будет вести изо дня в день\n- **Обязательные требования** — жёсткие (опыт в годах, конкретные навыки, образование)\n- **Желательные требования** — плюс, но не обязательны\n- **Локация / формат** — офис, гибрид или удалёнка; город, если важно\n- **Зарплата** — вилка, если есть. **Указывайте в ₽ и уточняйте gross/net:** в РФ\n  принято писать «на руки» (net), но работодатель удерживает НДФЛ (13% до 2,4 млн ₽/год)\n  как налоговый агент. Отметьте, что вилку нужно согласовать с бухгалтером.\n- **Формат оформления** — спросите, как планируют оформлять человека:\n  - *Трудовой договор по ТК РФ* — штатный сотрудник, испытательный срок до 3 мес.,\n    взносы, отпуск, больничные\n  - *Договор ГПХ* — исполнитель по гражданско-правовому договору на конкретный результат\n  - *Самозанятый (НПД)* — для разовых/проектных задач; учтите лимит 2,4 млн ₽/год\n    и риск переквалификации в трудовые отношения при признаках постоянной работы\n- **Существующее описание или шаблон?** — спросите, есть ли прежняя версия в\n  `~~хранилище` или на Рабочем столе, чтобы взять за основу\n- **Способ отправки оффера** — спросите, как доставить оффер:\n  - *Через ЭДО* — скилл открывает сервис ЭДО/КЭДО в Chrome, загружает оффер,\n    настраивает отправку и сохраняет черновик на проверку перед отправкой\n  - *Просто Word-файл* — скилл сохраняет оффер как .docx и останавливается;\n    отправку владелец берёт на себя\n\n- **Процесс собеседования** — спросите, как устроен подбор:\n  - Сколько этапов?\n  - Кто проводит каждый этап? (рекрутёр, нанимающий руководитель, коллега из\n    команды, руководитель руководителя, панель)\n  - Что оценивает каждый этап? (соответствие культуре, экспертиза, кросс-функциональная\n    работа)\n  - Есть ли тестовое задание или рабочий кейс на каком-то этапе?\n\n  Это критично — гайд собеседования организуется по этапам, и у каждого этапа свой\n  набор вопросов. Если владелец уже назвал способ (например, «отправь через Диадок»),\nизвлеките это из сообщения, а не спрашивайте снова.\n\nЕсли владелец уже дал бóльшую часть этого в сообщении, извлеките и подтвердите,\nа не задавайте лишних вопросов. Один точный уточняющий вопрос лучше длинной анкеты.\n\n---\n\n## Фаза 2 — Изучить похожие вакансии\n\nХорошие вакансии опираются на то, что реально пишет рынок по этой роли.\nСделайте оба пункта параллельно:\n\n**А. Сначала проверьте существующие файлы**\nПоищите в `~~хранилище` (Яндекс Диск, Облако Mail.ru) и на Рабочем столе прежние\nописания вакансий, шаблоны офферов или гайды собеседований. Ищите по названию\nроли, словам «вакансия», «описание», «оффер», «собеседование». Если нашли —\nпрочитайте и используйте как основу, сохраняя язык, структуру и требования,\nкоторые владелец уже задал.\n\n**Б. Веб-поиск похожих вакансий**\nНайдите текущие вакансии по этой роли в сопоставимых компаниях. Хорошие источники:\nhh.ru, Авито Работа, VK Работа, карьерные страницы компаний, Telegram-каналы с\nвакансиями. Найдите 3–5 реальных вакансий и отметьте:\n- Какие обязанности обычно перечисляют для этой роли\n- Какие требования встречаются стабильно (это базовая планка)\n- Как компании описывают влияние/масштаб роли\n- Какие формулировки делают вакансию живой, а не шаблонной\n\nИспользуйте это, чтобы проверить требования владельца на прочность (не упущено ли\nчто-то стандартное? не просят ли необычного?) и сделать вакансию актуальной.\n\n---\n\n## Фаза 3 — Написать вакансию\n\nПрочитайте `references/job-post-structure.md` для полной структуры и рекомендаций.\n\n**Если в фазе 2 нашлась существующая вакансия или описание:**\nИспользуйте её как структурный шаблон — повторите названия разделов, тон, порядок\nи любой типовой текст, который владелец задал (описание компании, блок про условия,\nкак откликнуться). Формат владельца — источник истины.\n\nСверьте его с `references/job-post-structure.md` и одним вопросом подсветите\nнедостающие компоненты перед письмом:\n\n> «В вашей вакансии есть раздел обязанностей и список требований, но я не увидел\n> вступительного крючка и описания, как выглядит успех через год. Добавить их или\n> оставить ваш формат?»\n\nДобавляйте недостающее только с подтверждения владельца.\n\n**Если существующей вакансии не нашлось:**\nСоберите с нуля по `references/job-post-structure.md` как полному шаблону.\n\n**В любом случае:**\n- Ведите с влияния, не с перечня задач\n- Будьте честны про сложное — кандидаты, отбирающие себя сами, подходят лучше\n- Пишите инклюзивно; избегайте жаргона, который неявно отсекает «не своих»\n- Держите список обязательных требований коротким — каждая строка отпугивает часть откликов\n- Если зарплата не указана — опустите вилку, не выдумывайте\n\nСохраните как `[Роль]-вакансия.docx` через скилл docx.\nПрочитайте `docx/SKILL.md` перед сборкой файла.\n\n---\n\n## Фаза 4 — Собрать вопросы для собеседования + систему оценки\n\nПрочитайте `references/interview-guide-structure.md` для полного формата.\n\n**Если в фазе 2 нашёлся существующий гайд:**\nИспользуйте его как структурный шаблон — повторите названия разделов, порядок и\nформатирование. Формат владельца — источник истины; reference — чек-лист, не override.\n\nСопоставив разделы существующего гайда с reference, подсветите компоненты, которые\nесть в reference, но отсутствуют у владельца. Подайте коротким дружелюбным вопросом:\n\n> «В вашем гайде есть банк вопросов и система оценки, но я заметил, что нет карты\n> этапов и инструкции для разбора после собеседования. Добавить их или оставить\n> вашу структуру?»\n\nДобавляйте недостающее только с подтверждения. Не расширяйте формат молча.\n\n**Если существующего гайда не нашлось:**\nСоберите с нуля по `references/interview-guide-structure.md` как полному шаблону.\n\n**В любом случае организуйте гайд по этапам, используя процесс из фазы 1.**\n\nПостройте документ так, чтобы каждый этап был отдельным разделом:\n\nУ каждого этапа — свой раздел с названием этапа и проводящим в заголовке, затем:\nзона оценки этого этапа, 4–6 поведенческих вопросов под эту зону, 2–3 уточняющих\nвопроса к каждому, и шкала оценки 1/3/5 с якорями для каждой компетенции этапа.\n\n**Принципы для многоэтапных гайдов:**\n- Каждую компетенцию закрывает один этап — не дублируйте вопросы у двух интервьюеров\n- Для панельных интервью явно разделите вопросы между участниками\n- Если есть тестовое задание — добавьте раздел разбора: на что смотреть, как\n  оценивать, какие уточняющие вопросы\n- Разбор-гайд идёт в конце, после всех разделов этапов\n- Якоря оценки 1/3/5 пишутся под конкретную роль, не обобщённо\n\nСохраните как `[Роль]-гайд-собеседования.docx` через скилл docx.\n\n---\n\n## Фаза 5 — Собрать шаблон оффера\n\nПрочитайте `references/offer-letter-template.md` для базового шаблона и полей.\n\n**Если в фазе 2 нашёлся существующий оффер или шаблон:**\nИспользуйте его как структурный шаблон — сохраните форматирование владельца,\nпорядок пунктов, блоки подписей и юридический язык, который уже задан.
