Подтягиваем живые данные из каждого подключённого инструмента, сводим в один читаемый бриф и выносим единственное самое важное на сегодня. Делаем работу сами — не просим собственника помогать искать данные.\n\n## Шаг 1 — Тянем данные параллельно\n\n**Запускаем все вызовы коннекторов одним параллельным пакетом** — точное соответствие «инструмент → метрика» в `reference/data_sources.md`. Не тяните последовательно; задержки превращают 30-секундный скилл в мучительное ожидание.\n\nКоннекторы пробуем одновременно:\n\n- **`~~бухгалтерия`** (1С:Бухгалтерия, МойСклад, Контур.Эльба) — остаток на счетах, выручка с начала месяца, дебиторка, просроченные счета\n- **`~~платежи`** (ЮKassa, Тинькофф Касса, СБП, выписка банк-клиента) — поступления за 7 дней, тренд продаж, неуспешные/зависшие операции\n- **`~~crm`** (Битрикс24, amoCRM) — воронка по этапам, сделки сдвинулись/закрылись, остывшие сделки, новые лиды\n- **`~~календарь`** (Яндекс Календарь, календарь Битрикс24) — ключевые встречи, дедлайны, события на эту неделю и ближайшие 7 дней\n- **`~~почта`** (Яндекс 360, Mail.ru для бизнеса) — срочные цепочки, жалобы клиентов, срочные запросы\n- **`~~мессенджер`** (Telegram, VK Teams, Пачка) — срочные внутренние сигналы, ветки, ждущие внимания собственника\n- **Поддержка** (если подключена) — открытые тикеты, эскалации\n- **Витрина/касса** (если подключена) — проблемы с отгрузкой\n\nЕсли коннектор падает или вернул пусто — запишите внутри и идите дальше. Никогда не блокируйте пульс из-за одной плохой интеграции.\n\n**Фолбэк бухгалтерии:** если `~~бухгалтерия` вернула неожиданное состояние (не подключена, синхронизация в процессе, пустой ответ), пометьте раздел «Деньги» как «н/д — бухгалтерия недоступна» и продолжайте. Не повторяйте запрос и не просите собственника переподключить.\n\n**Фолбэк почты:** если вызов `~~почта` падает, тихо пропустите раздел «Список наблюдения» и отметьте «Почта недоступна» в приложении — не выводите ошибку посреди пульса.\n\n## Шаг 2 — Считаем метрики\n\nОткройте `reference/thresholds.md` для порогов красный/жёлтый/зелёный. Посчитайте:\n\n- **Возраст дебиторки** — открытые счета из бухгалтерии, сгруппированные по дням с момента срока (0–30, 31–60, 61+)\n- **Покрытие воронки** — взвешенная воронка CRM ÷ месячная цель по выручке\n- **Тренд выручки** — выручка этого месяца против прошлого (или 7 дней платежей против предыдущих 7 дней)\n\nПрисвойте каждому разделу статус 🟢/🟡/🔴. Если источник ничего не вернул — пометьте метрику «н/д» и отметьте в приложении.\n\n## Шаг 3 — Проактивно выносим риски\n\nСканируйте на действенные пункты. Каждый риск называет конкретную запись и следующий шаг — «какие-то просроченные счета» бесполезно; «34 000 ₽ от ООО „Ромашка“, просрочка 47 дней, без ответа с 12.03» — действенно.\n\n- Счета с просрочкой > 30 дней — имя контрагента, сумма, дни просрочки\n- Сделки CRM без активности 7+ дней или с датой закрытия в прошлом, но всё ещё открытые\n- Цепочки в почте с пометкой «срочно» или словами «эскалация», «жалоба», «отказ», «возврат»\n- Неуспешные или зависшие платежи > 50 000 ₽\n\n## Шаг 4 — Собираем вывод\n\nИспользуйте точный шаблон из `reference/output_template.md`. Включайте только разделы с реальными данными — опускайте заголовки коннекторов, которых не было. Подстраивайте глубину под контекст: спокойное «как у нас дела» — более полный отчёт; «быстрый снимок перед звонком» — короче.\n\nКросс-коннекторный синтез — то, ради чего скилл существует. Если сообщение в мессенджере связано с зависшей сделкой в CRM — выведите эту связь в раздел «Приоритет №1». Синтез делает пульс полезнее, чем проверка каждого инструмента по отдельности.\n\nПравила письма:\n- Числа ведут, слова следуют. Не «выручка в порядке» — а «430 000 ₽ в этом месяце, ▲ 8% м/м», и пусть собственник судит сам.\n- Каждое число несёт дельту к прошлому периоду, где доступно. Снимки на момент (остаток на счёте) всё равно показывают дельту н/н.\n- Имена и рубли, не прилагательные. «42 000 ₽ от „Ромашки“, просрочка 23 дня» лучше «есть тревожная дебиторка».\n- Без воды. Если в разделе нет ничего стоящего, пишите «Без существенных изменений» и идите дальше.\n\n## Шаг 5 — Экспорт и отправка (один раз)\n\nПосле показа пульса предложите один раз:\n- «Сохранить это файлом?» (через `~~хранилище`, если доступно — Яндекс Диск, Облако Mail.ru)\n- «Отправить в `~~мессенджер`?» (только если подключён и собственник подтвердил — отправка требует явного одобрения)\n\nЕсли да — сделайте. Если нет или нет ответа — идите дальше, не спрашивайте повторно.\n\n## Варианты охвата\n\nСобственник может попросить более узкий срез:\n\n- **«Только деньги» / «финчек»** → только «Деньги и финансы» + риски по дебиторке\n- **«Только воронка» / «сделки»** → только «Воронка» + риски зависших сделок\n- **«Список наблюдения» / «что срочного»** → только «Список наблюдения» + все риски, без разделов с метриками\n- **«Быстрый снимок перед звонком»** → TL;DR + «Приоритет №1»\n\n## Чего не делать\n\n- **Не спрашивайте разрешения перед тем, как тянуть данные.** Если скилл вызвали — выполняйте. «Проверить бухгалтерию?» убивает весь смысл.\n- **Не выдумывайте и не оценивайте числа.** Если источник вернул пусто — пишите «н/д» явно. Никогда не заполняйте пробел догадкой.\n- **Не пропускайте дельту.** Число без сравнения — упущенный инсайт. Если базы нет — пишите «(нет базы для сравнения)», а не опускайте поле.\n- **Не выводите ошибки коннекторов посреди пульса.** Логируйте их в приложение.
