Useful signals include:\n- Customer name, ARR, and renewal date\n- Usage data (DAU, feature adoption, login frequency, trend direction)\n- Support history (ticket volume, severity, open escalations, CSAT)\n- NPS or sentiment scores\n- Champion health (still there? Still engaged? Recently changed roles?)\n- Billing signals (late payments, discount requests, downgrades)\n- Engagement (QBR attendance, response times, executive access)\n- Competitive intel (evaluating alternatives, RFP activity)\n- Contract terms (auto-renew, opt-out window, multi-year vs. annual)\n\n### Step 2: Score Each Account\nAssign a health score based on available signals:\n\n**Risk Categories:**\n- 🟢 **Healthy (Low Risk):** Strong usage, engaged champion, no support issues, expanding\n- 🟡 **Watch (Medium Risk):** 1-2 warning signals, generally positive but something to monitor\n- 🔴 **At Risk (High Risk):** Multiple warning signals, declining usage, disengaged, or actively evaluating alternatives\n- ⚫ **Critical:** Active churn signals — cancellation request, legal disputes, or complete disengagement\n\n**Signal Weighting:**\n- Usage decline > 20% month-over-month = strong churn signal\n- Champion departure = immediate escalation trigger\n- No executive engagement in 90+ days = relationship risk\n- Support escalation unresolved for 14+ days = satisfaction risk\n- Competitor evaluation confirmed = urgent intervention needed\n- 3+ signals combined = likely churn without intervention\n\n### Step 3: Prioritize by Impact\nSort at-risk accounts by:\n- **Revenue at risk:** Larger ARR = higher priority\n- **Renewal proximity:** Closer to renewal = more urgent\n- **Save probability:** Can we realistically fix this in time?\n- **Strategic value:** Logos, references, case studies at stake\n\n### Step 4: Prescribe Save Plays\nFor each at-risk account, provide:\n- **Root cause hypothesis:** Why are they at risk?
