(Demo, download, reply, attend, renew)\n- **Window:** 2 weeks / 4 weeks / 90 days\n- **Channels available:** Email, LinkedIn, paid, content, events, partnerships, podcast, community\n- **Budget:** Range, or \"none beyond team time\"\n\n### Step 2: Find the Arc\nA campaign isn't a content calendar — it's a story told over time. Pick the arc:\n\n| Arc | Beats | Best for |\n|-----|-------|----------|\n| **Insight-led** | Surface insight → frame the gap → introduce a solution | Awareness, thought leadership |\n| **Problem-agitate-solve** | Pain → why it persists → new approach | Conversion, demand gen |\n| **Customer story** | Status quo → moment of change → outcome | Trust, credibility, expansion |\n| **Contrarian** | Common belief → why it's wrong → what to do | Brand, attention-grabbing |\n| **Tutorial** | Question → answer → deeper offer | Inbound, SEO |\n\nPick one arc. Don't mix them — a hybrid arc confuses the audience.\n\n### Step 3: Map the Channels\nFor each channel you've selected, decide:\n- **What it does in the arc** (open the story, deepen it, convert)\n- **The asset type** (post, ad, email, podcast clip, event)\n- **Cadence** (frequency over the window)\n\nA campaign typically uses 3-5 channels in a coordinated way. Resist 10-channel plans — they fragment.\n\n### Step 4: Build the Content Calendar\nFor the campaign window, write the calendar entry for every touchpoint:\n- Day / week\n- Channel\n- Headline or subject line\n- Body / asset draft (or outline)\n- CTA\n- Owner\n\nEach piece must serve the arc.
