Do not\nrun unless the user explicitly requests windows from a verified older Master.\nDo not redesign, rebuild, or rerender any shot.\n\n## Inputs\n\n- exact verified final master\n- Render/Delivery technical verification and handoff\n- Director shot plan with integer-millisecond windows\n- explicit user request and desired subset\n- destination directory and required output mode\n\n## Export\n\nRun every command through `../../references/safe-execution.md` and consume only\nthe compact executor result.\n\nConfirm the final master is the one described by the delivery handoff. Cut the\nrequested shot windows directly from that master. Preserve the requested\ninteger-millisecond boundaries and choose the output format required for its\nactual editing use.\n\nDo not invoke HyperFrames render, rebuild source, alter timing, or create shots\nthat are not present in the verified master.\n\nUse FFprobe and a complete decode to verify every exported file.
