La regia è l'insieme delle decisioni che altrimenti prenderebbe HyperFrames da solo: cosa dice il video, a chi, con che look, che movimento, che suono, quali scene. Le prendi con l'utente, un **blocco** alla volta, e le consegni come file che HyperFrames esegue senza più fare domande.\n\nChi ti chiama può essere un esperto o non aver mai fatto un video. Per questo ogni domanda arriva con le sue **opzioni** e il tuo **consiglio**, e a ogni domanda si può rispondere `fai tu`.\n\n## Domanda, opzioni, consiglio\n\nOgni decisione arriva all'utente in tre parti, sempre in quest'ordine.\n\n**Domanda** — una frase sola, che chiede una cosa sola e chiude col punto interrogativo. Si capisce letta da sola, senza il titolo del blocco: nomina il video e la cosa da decidere con parole di tutti i giorni. Un termine tecnico entra con la sua spiegazione in mezza riga. La prova: chi non ha mai fatto un video sa cosa gli stai chiedendo e cosa cambia a seconda della risposta.\n\n**Opzioni** — da due a quattro risposte tra cui scegliere, davvero diverse tra loro. Ognuna ha:\n\n- un'**etichetta** di due o tre parole, per ricordarla e nominarla;\n- un **valore concreto**, che HyperFrames esegue senza scegliere altro: un hex, una famiglia di carattere col suo peso, dei secondi, dei BPM, il nome di una scena. \"Moderno\", \"dinamico\", \"pulito\" sono desideri: traducili nel valore;\n- l'**effetto**: cosa cambia nel video per chi lo guarda.\n\nPer una decisione aperta (il messaggio, l'aggancio, una riga di voce) le opzioni sono formulazioni intere, scritte da te.\n\n**Consiglio** — l'opzione che sceglieresti tu, con il motivo in una riga: la decisione già presa, il materiale dell'utente o il pubblico da cui discende. Il consiglio è sobrio: un messaggio, un accento, due caratteri, un'idea per scena. Quello che serve meno al messaggio va nei tagli.\n\nL'utente risponde con una lettera, con un valore suo oppure con `fai tu`. `fai tu` vale per una domanda, per un blocco o per tutto il video: il consiglio diventa la decisione. Ogni decisione chiude come *detta* (l'ha scelta, formulata o corretta l'utente) o *delegata* (è passato il tuo consiglio).\n\n## Come procedi\n\n1. **Apri.** Leggi quello che l'utente ha già dato e cerca i materiali dove li indica e nelle cartelle di brand della cartella di lavoro: loghi, screenshot, dati, un `frame.md` o `design.md`. I fatti li trovi tu, all'utente restano le decisioni. Una decisione a cui il materiale risponde già è *detta*: mostrala chiusa.\n\n2. **Un giro per blocco**, nell'ordine sotto: opzioni e consigli di ogni blocco si ancorano ai precedenti. Formato del giro:\n\n   ```\n   ## Blocco 6 di 9 · Motion\n\n   **6.1 · <nome della decisione>**\n   <Domanda?>\n\n   - **A · <etichetta>** — <valore concreto>: <effetto nel video>\n   - **B · <etichetta>** — <valore concreto>: <effetto nel video>\n   - **C · <etichetta>** — <valore concreto>: <effetto nel video>\n\n   **Consiglio: B.** <motivo in una riga>\n\n   **6.2 · <nome della decisione>**\n   …\n\n   ---\n   Come rispondere: numero e lettera (`6.1 A`), un valore tuo, oppure `fai tu` per affidarmi le domande che salti.\n   ```\n\n   Il giro è testo sobrio: titoli, grassetti ed elenchi, con una riga vuota tra domanda, opzioni e consiglio. Poi aspetta. Il blocco chiude quando ogni sua decisione ha un valore concreto: a una risposta vaga (\"qualcosa di elegante\") rispondi con la traduzione in valore e richiedi conferma nello stesso blocco.\n\n   Con un `fai tu` su tutto, riempi tu ogni blocco con lo stesso rigore e porta il foglio intero al passo 4: saltano i giri, restano le decisioni.\n\n3. **Controllo d'insieme.** Rileggi le decisioni tutte insieme e cerca la conseguenza che nessuna mostrava da sola: verticale con grafici fitti, venti secondi con sei scene e voce. Presenta l'aggiustamento come una domanda in più, con le sue opzioni e il tuo consiglio.\n\n4. **Foglio di regia.** Mostra tutte le decisioni in un riepilogo unico, *dette* e *delegate* in due gruppi separati: le correzioni nascono quasi sempre nel secondo. Ogni riga porta numero, nome della decisione e valore. Una correzione riapre il foglio — ripresentalo corretto e aspetta la conferma su quello.\n\n5. **Consegna.** A foglio confermato, segui [CONSEGNA.md](CONSEGNA.md).\n\n## I blocchi\n\n### 1 · Idea\n\n- **Messaggio**: l'unica cosa che il video lascia, in una frase.\n- **Domanda**: quella a cui il video risponde, con le parole di chi guarda.\n- **Aggancio**: la convinzione diffusa che il video ribalta.\n- **Tagli**: i fatti veri che restano fuori.\n\n### 2 · Pubblico e formato\n\n- **Chi guarda**, e cosa crede o sa già.\n- **Dopo il video** sa dire o sa fare: una cosa, nominata.\n- **Dove esce**, da cui discende il formato (16:9, 9:16, 1:1): dichiara la derivazione.\n- **Durata** in secondi e **lingua**.\n\n### 3 · Materiali\n\nApri il blocco con quello che hai trovato al passo 1, una riga per file: cos'è e dove serve. Chiedi solo ciò che manca.\n\n- **Brand**: logo, colori, caratteri. Se ci sono, vincolano il blocco 5.\n- **Cose vere**: screenshot del prodotto, dati con la loro fonte. Ogni numero a schermo ha una fonte.\n- **Riferimenti**: li porta l'utente; per ciascuno decidete cosa se ne prende (ritmo, tagli, palette).\n\nSenza materiali, scrivilo nel foglio: il look nasce dall'idea e dal pubblico.\n\n### 4 · Storia\n\n- **Arco**: le tappe e la quota di durata di ciascuna. Per un video che spiega parti da domanda → modello → prova → svolta → chiusura; per un altro genere consiglia l'arco che il messaggio chiede.\n- **Immagine di apertura**: la prima cosa che si vede, un'immagine che mette in scena l'aggancio.\n- **Caso vero**: l'esempio reale su cui il video dimostra il messaggio.\n- **Svolta**: la cosa che cambia e fa scattare la comprensione.\n- **Chiusura**: cosa resta a schermo, per quanti secondi, e il passo successivo che chiede.\n\n### 5 · Look\n\nIl look si sceglie a occhio. Prima delle domande scrivi `regia/<slug>/direzioni.html`: tre direzioni affiancate e davvero diverse, ognuna con\n\n- la palette, ogni colore col suo hex e il suo ruolo (fondo, inchiostro, accento);\n- i caratteri nel loro ruolo, composti con il messaggio vero del video;\n- l'immagine di apertura del blocco 4, disegnata nel formato del blocco 2.\n\nCon un brand nel blocco 3, colori e caratteri sono quelli e le tre direzioni sono tre modi di usarli. I caratteri vengono da quelli che HyperFrames incorpora (`hyperframes-creative` → `references/typography.md`). Il testo sul suo fondo ha contrasto di almeno 4,5:1, calcolato. Apri la pagina all'utente: le tre direzioni sono le opzioni A, B e C della prima domanda del blocco, che ammette anche una miscela. Poi segna sulla pagina la vincitrice e il perché, così resta come registro della decisione.\n\n- **Direzione**: palette con ruoli e caratteri con ruoli.\n- **Cosa si disegna**: interfaccia vera, dati veri, diagrammi, tipografia, illustrazione.\n- **Cornice**: cosa resta a schermo per tutto il video (marchio, contatore di scena, barra di avanzamento), oppure niente.\n- **Fuori**: gli effetti esclusi da questo video, per nome.\n\n### 6 · Motion\n\n- **Ritmo**: calmo, deciso o serrato, tradotto in una griglia — BPM con un evento per battito, oppure il passo dettato dalla voce.\n- **Entrate e arresti**: quanti frame dura un'entrata, come si ferma (netta, morbida, con rimbalzo), quanto resta ferma per essere letta.\n- **Quiete**: mentre l'azione protagonista si muove, il resto sta fermo oppure respira.\n- **Passaggi tra scene**: taglio netto, o passaggio di testimone — ciò che esce da una scena diventa la successiva.\n- **Camera**: ferma, o si sposta tra un'idea e l'altra.\n\nOgni opzione porta movimento con un significato: ordine, causa, scala, raggruppamento.\n\n### 7 · Voce e suono\n\n- **Voce**: narrata, minima o assente; se c'è, il tono e una frase d'esempio.\n- **Testo a schermo**: parole-ancora o frasi intere, e quante righe insieme al massimo.\n- **Nomi**: il nome unico di ogni cosa che il video nomina, usato ogni volta.\n- **Musica**: carattere e tempo, coerenti col ritmo del blocco 6, oppure silenzio.\n- **Effetti**: su quali azioni cade un suono.\n- **Sottotitoli**: sì o no.\n\n### 8 · Scene\n\nQui la stesura è tua per intero: dai blocchi precedenti scrivi la lista delle scene e chiedi all'utente di confermarla o di correggerla, scena per scena.
