Discovery: search tweets, find conversations, look up users, inspect trends.\n2. Analysis: classify, summarize, deduplicate, score, and extract next actions.\n3. Action: post tweets, post replies, send DMs, follow, like, or update monitors.\n\nKeep Discovery and Analysis read-only by default. Use `tweet_explore` to find the relevant Xquik endpoint.\n2. Use `tweet_read` for read-only endpoints such as tweet search, user lookup,\n   trends, account status, or reply reads.\n3. Use `tweet_action` only for writes, private reads, monitors, webhooks,\n   extraction jobs, giveaway draws, media operations, or account actions.\n4. Keep `HERMES_TWEET_ENABLE_ACTIONS=false` unless the workflow explicitly\n   needs writes.\n5. If a Hermes Tweet tool is unavailable, stop and report the missing setup\n   item. Alert only when threshold conditions are met.\n\nGood uses:\n\n- Product launch monitoring.\n- Customer pain discovery.\n- Brand safety review.\n- Competitor or market research.\n- Community management briefings.\n\n### Reply Intelligence\n\nGoal: understand what people say under a tweet.\n\n1. Read the source tweet.\n2. Fetch replies and quote context when available.\n3. Cluster replies by theme.\n4. Separate complaints, questions, praise, and spam.\n5. Draft suggested responses, but do not post automatically.\n6.
